Payment of Vacation. A non-teaching employee shall be paid for vacation leave for Christmas and Spring breaks on regular payroll days unless otherwise agreed to by Saanich Indian School Board. For non-teaching employees’ only working 10 months of the year, the employee shall be paid out for any remaining vacation leave owing at the beginning of the school recess unless otherwise agreed to by Saanich Indian School Board. Any earned vacation pay outstanding at the time of resignation or termination of an employee shall be paid out at the date of resignation or termination.
Payment of Vacation. Under conditions of normal scheduling of vacations, if an employee is obliged to wait for his/her vacation pay because of a failure on the part of the Company, the following regulations will apply:
(i) With reference to employees on the day shift, a waiting period of more than thirty (30) minutes will be compensated at regular straight time rate for the total period of inconvenience.
(ii) Employees on afternoon and night shifts, having to return to the plant while on vacation to pick up vacation pay, will be compensated with two (2) hours of pay at regular straight time rate.
Payment of Vacation. Employees shall receive payment of vacation in accordance with he most generous of the following methods of calculation:
1. Employee's current hourly rate for the number of normal weekly or daily hours during each week or day of vacation, or;
2. Employees entitled to two (2) weeks or less of vacation: four percent (4%)… Employees entitled to three (3) weeks of vacation: six percent (6%)… Employees entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation: eight percent (8%)… Employees entitled to five (5) weeks of vacation: ten percent (10%)… Employees entitled to six (6) weeks of vacation: twelve percent (12%)… Additionally a member of the Quarter Century Club will receive a paid Statutory Holiday to be taken on the anniversary date of his/her employment with the Company. This holiday will be based on regular straight time rates.
Payment of Vacation. (a) Employees with two or more weeks vacation may take one (1) week pay-in-lieu of paid time off. Pay- in-lieu will not be considered as work time in computing overtime pay.
(b) An employee who requests and is approved two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of their vacation, will receive their vacation check the pay period immediately preceding the start of their vacation.

Payment of Vacation. An employee may, upon giving at least one (1) month's notice, receive on the last day preceding commencement of his annual vacation any pay cheque which may fall due during the period of vacation.
Payment of Vacation. Employees employed after May of the pre- ceding year: of wages earned between June 1 of the preceding year and May of the current year. When calculating vacation pay, night allowance or shift premium will be included if the employee would have been entitled to such allowance or premium had he been working.

For employees’ only working 10 months of the year, the employee shall be paid out for any remaining vacation accrual owing at the end of the school year unless otherwise agreed. Any earned vacation pay outstanding at the time of resignation or termination of an employee shall be paid out at the date of resignation or termination.
Payment of Vacation. Employees’ pay for the annual vacation to which the employee is entitled shall be paid in one (1) payment to the employee at least one (1) day before the beginning of the employee’s annual vacation.
