Vacation Pay for Part time Employees. Part-time employees who work regularly shall be paid for va- cations on the basis of the time which constitutes their nor- mal work week at the time of their vacations at the basic rates of pay (including any night differentials to the extent nor- mally applicable to the employees’ regularly scheduled tours).

(a) 4% for employees continuously employed during each month in excess of twenty four (24) months of employment

Vacation Pay for Part. TIME AND TEMPORARY STAFF -‐ Regular part-‐time employees will receive vacation pay at the rate of 6% of their regular wages and commissions added to each regular weekly pay. Regular part-‐time employees are entitled to three (3) weeks unpaid vacation time off annually. Casual part-‐time employees and temporary employees will receive vacation pay at the rate of 4% of their regular wages and commissions added to each regular weekly pay. Casual part-‐time employees are entitled to two (2) weeks unpaid vacation time off annually.
