Venue Access. The Licensor acknowledges that Venue access accreditations for the Games Period are provided on a strictly need-to access basis according to responsibilities, and shall provide the Host Society with a proposed plan for its staffing needs at the Venue during the Games Period together with sufficient information for the Host Society to process Venue access accreditations for such staff.

Venue Access. 3.1. The Client, its employees and sub-contractors will be permitted to enter the property on two occasions prior to the day of the Event for the purpose of making any operational or spatial planning investigations necessary for the smooth running of the Event, at such dates and times as shall be agreed in advance with TA. TA will use reasonable endeavours to answer any operational questions as the Client may reasonably ask during or following such visits. 3.2. All areas or rooms within the Venue to which the Client has been granted access, including agreed access times, are detailed on the Venue Hire Agreement. 3.3. The Client must arrive and vacate by the agreed time, as stated on the Venue Hire Agreement. Failure to adhere to the agreed times may incur additional charges. In the event of unauthorised overrunning (after initial verbal warning from Duty Manager) the Venue withholds the right to interrupt the Event, cut the power supply and exclude hire and third parties from the Venue with or without the assistance of security. If this occurs TA will charge additional charges to the Client accordingly. 3.4. Use of the room(s) detailed on the Venue Hire Agreement does not imply any right to use any other part of the building, for deliveries, storage or any other access except where TA has agreed to such use. If this occurs TA will charge additional charges to the Client accordingly.
Venue Access. 5.1 The Client, its employees, sub-contractors and Guests must arrive and vacate the premises by the agreed times, as stated on the Booking Hire Agreement. 5.2 Failure to adhere to the agreed times will incur overrunning charge of £275 + VAT per hour. 5.3 In the event of unauthorised overrunning The Xxxxx Xxxx withholds the right to interrupt the Venue Hire, cut the power supply and exclude the Client and third parties from the Venue with or without the assistance of security. If this occurs The Xxxxx Xxxx will charge Additional Fees to the Client accordingly.
Venue Access. 11.1. Any duly authorised representative of the Owner will at all times have full and free access to all parts of the Venue provided that such access does not conflict with the exclusive right to the Venue granted to the Hirer or interfere with the Hirer’s use of the Venue during the Operations Period. 11.2. The Hirer may deliver equipment and other goods to the Venue from Monday to Thursday, provided that the Hirer notifies the Owner at least 24-hours prior to delivery. At the conclusion of the Event, the Hirer may store equipment and other goods at the Venue provided that such equipment and/or other goods are collected within three (3) business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. 11.3. The Hirer acknowledges and agrees that the Owner shall not be liable at any stage for any loss or damage to equipment or other goods delivered to the Venue by the Hirer.
Venue Access. Parents will have access to the reserved party space 30 minutes prior to the party's scheduled start time. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to that start time. DURING THE PARTY, ALL CHILDREN ARE EXPECTED TO STAY IN THE PARTY ROOM. All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 15 minutes after the party's scheduled end time. Children should be accompanied when using the upstairs restroom and are not to touch or disturb the photography studio’s equipment.

Venue Access. It is the Client’s responsibility to make arrangements for Balloon Stylings to gain/maintain access of the venue. The Client is also responsible for obtaining any permits, access passes, gate/room access cards, wristbands for entire staff, as well as notify Balloon Stylings of any room changes within the venue, if applicable, with at least 24 hours notice. Access arrangements apply to access prior to the event for installation, as well as access to strike, if applicable, or breakdown any props, designs, equipment, etc. If props/designs/equipment are transported by the Client, the Client may return said items to Balloon Stylings the following day.

Venue Access. Host agrees to make Venue available to Renter. The Venue shall include any adjacent parking lot, as well. Renter will have access to the Venue on the Rental Date at the following time: . Renter will need to return access, including any keys or other materials, on the Rental Date at the following time, no later than the following day. A representative of the Host will be available during the Event.
Venue Access. The Hirer will be issued a PIN code to access the Venue electronic lock. The code is time limited for the duration of the hire period. The Hirer agrees that they will not share or distribute the PIN code to any other person. The small coffee shop located in the entrance way of the building. The hours vary but is generally open to the public on weekdays, 7:30am-noon. The Hirer is aware that coffee shop may operate during the hours of the hire. The Hirer may request that the foyer be closed to customers; if this request is agreed to by ONEONESIX the café will remain open and will serve takeaway items which can be consumed in the courtyard. ONEONESIX reserves the right to advertise events through its social media channels. Please contact the Venue Manager to discuss the possibility of marketing the event via the ONEONESIX social media accounts and website - xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xx.

Failure to adhere to 6.2 may incur additional charges.
