VISITATION BY UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Elected Union Officers may, after notifying the City official in charge, visit the work location of employees covered by this Agreement at any reasonable time for the purpose of investigating grievances or conditions on the job. During such investigations, such representatives shall confine their activities to matters relating to this Agreement. City work hours shall not be used by employees or elected Union Officers for the conduct of official union business or organized meetings for the promotion of Union affairs. The Union shall furnish to the Chief of Police and the Human Resources Director an up-to-date list of authorized elected Union Officers and shall keep such list current.

VISITATION BY UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Officers and/or accredited representatives of the Union will be admitted to the Distribution Center by the Company during working hours after notifying the Company prior to entrance for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being observed by the Parties or for assisting in the adjusting of grievances. All such officers or representatives, who are not employed by the Company, will comply with the security regulations as required of all other Distribution Center visitors. If it is necessary for a full-time Union Representative to meet with any single co-worker and any Shop Xxxxxxx to discuss a complaint or grievance, the co-worker’s and the Shop Xxxxxxx’x time will be company paid providing that he or she first notifies the Location Manager or designee. The contacts on company time will not be more frequent and no longer than the matter for discussion reasonably requires.
VISITATION BY UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Duly authorized representatives of the Union including Regional Shop Stewards, not to exceed two(2) at any one time, who shall show their credentials to the Employer or its representative prior to each visit, shall be permitted to visit the building for the purpose of observing conditions under which the employees are working and to see that conditions of this Agreement are being observed, provided, however, that such visits shall be made in the employee’s quarters whenever possible, or in some quarters within the building designated by the Manager. Such visits shall not interfere with the proper conduct of business or the performance of work. The Employer agrees to cooperate in arranging such visits, and shall have the right to take reasonable steps to ensure that such visits do not interfere with the performance of work. The Union shall advise all Council members in writing which Union representatives shall be responsible for a given building. Prior to making a building visit for an organized meeting, the Union representative shall advise the Employer of the time that the meeting will be held.

VISITATION BY UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Union representatives shall be permitted to visit any and all operations of the Employer, provided such visits shall not interrupt the work of any employees and the Employer is notified by the Union via fax or e-mail of any visitation, at least twelve (12) hours prior to said intended visitation.
VISITATION BY UNION REPRESENTATIVES. The Company shall permit accredited representatives of the Union to enter the plant for purposes consistent with this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to have a representative of the Company accompany such Union representative while he is in the Plant.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Right to Have Union Representative Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have her xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may contact her xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. This clause shall not apply to those discussions that are of an operational nature and do not involve disciplinary action.

  • UNION REPRESENTATION AND COMMITTEES 7.01 (a) It is mutually agreed that where negotiations are conducted on a joint basis between any or all of the Nursing Homes in the Extendicare chain in the Province of Ontario, the Union will elect or otherwise select a negotiating committee consisting of one (1) representative from each Nursing Home.
