Wellbeing. The Ministry is committed to ongoing work on wellbeing with the education sector under the Education Accord which includes implementation of a wellbeing framework and associated tools and resources.
Wellbeing. The Supplier shall: • take steps to prevent employees from becoming ill as a result of the work they do; and • encourage a “healthy lifestyle” culture across the organisation.
Wellbeing. Collaborate with the Junior School Leadership Team to evolve and continuously improve programs to meet the current and emerging learning, developmental and pastoral care needs of students. • Enable the achievement of the educational and personal goals of students by developing and maintaining a positive and effective partnership between students, and families. • Support consistency across the College’s pastoral care program to ensure every student in the Junior School feels known, valued and cared for. • Model a Restorative Practice approach to behaviour management and display fairness when making decisions. • Through your daily interactions with staff and students, model behaviours expected of all members of an inclusive community.
Wellbeing. The wellbeing of our people is a high priority for the Ministry and the PSA. It is a key component of making the Ministry a great place to be. To support wellbeing and promote wellness among our people, we have agreed that permanent employees will be entitled to be reimbursed for one doctor’s visit (or alternative health provider), for each year of the term of this agreement (i.e. a maximum of two visits). The Ministry will reimburse on production of a receipt, up to a maximum of $70.00 including GST per visit. The timeframes applying to the Doctor’s visits are: ▪ First visit between the date of ratification and 30 June 2021; ▪ Second visit between 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2022. Types of treatment and services we can reimburse for include the below, and /or DHB funded health providers or services: • acupuncture treatment • audiology services • chiropractic treatment • counselling services • dental treatment and services • general practitioner services • hand therapy treatment • hospital treatment, including surgery • medical specialist services, e.g. orthopaedic specialist • nurse services • occupational therapy treatment • optometry services • osteopath treatment • prescriptions • physiotherapy treatment • podiatry treatment • radiology services, e.g. MRI and X-rays • speech and language therapy services The Ministry will work with the PSA to identify any options to support employees transitioning from paid work into retirement. Te Tāhū o te Ture and PSA will continue to collaborate, co-design and engage on Te Haerenga Komiti as a governance rōpū.

Wellbeing. 51.1 The concessioner undertakes to provide, at their own expense, all workers employed by any person in the execution of the works with proper accommodations and amenities within the project areas, and all to the manager's satisfaction.
51.2 The concessioner will make sure that at all times, first aid equipment is within reach in the project areas.
51.3 It is hereby agreed and made clear that in any case and for any reason, workers would not be allowed to sleep within the project areas. 52 Changes and additions by the concessioner
52.1 Any change and/or addition by the concessioner to the project's planning, execution, the system's plans, specifications, items and equipment, where permitted per the terms of this agreement, will be executed by the concessioner at their own expense. It is hereby made clear that the caller would not bear any payment and/or cost deriving from any work done by the concessioner, including any change and/or addition thereof, and including also any improvements by the concessioner in the project, its quality, the system's plans or specifications.
52.2 Without derogating from the foregoing, the concessioner will not make any change and/or addition in the project's planning and execution, including explicitly in the concessioner's work plan as approved by the caller, and in the rest of the system's plans (Hereinafter in this section "changes"), unless they received the caller's consent to the same in advance and in writing.
52.3 Where the concessioner wishes to make such changes, which require the caller's approval in advance, the concessioner will submit for the caller's approval all the changes' details, including the works, the plans and the specifications necessary to make such changes, and including the specifications and description of all equipment and fixtures which the concessioner wishes to incorporate in the project, and information about suppliers and contractors who would be involved in the execution of the works in the project areas.
52.4 Within 30 days of receiving the request to make such changes, the caller will reject the concessioner's request, or approve in writing all or part of the works, plans and specifications, subject to any change required at their exclusive and absolute discretion, including equipment and fixtures, which the caller will consent to being incorporated in the project and including the identity of the suppliers and contractors the concessioner is permitted to retain to execute such works (He...
