Work Health & Safety. You agree and acknowledge that:
(a) Whilst works are being carried out the property is considered a work site and therefore must comply with all legislation and must follow the following conditions.
(b) An approximate age of the property must be advised to ascertain potential risk.
(c) Disclosure of the presence of asbestos, where known by you, within the work site must be made prior to the commencement of works.
(d) All work areas must be free of potential hazard to us and any of our representatives.
(e) Any representative of ours can refuse to complete the Services if they believe that the working environment is in breach of company policy and/or legislation.
Work Health & Safety. (a) The Supplier must comply with and ensure that all Supplier Personnel and subcontractors engaged in the provision of the Goods and/or Services comply with, all applicable Safety Legislation and Safety Requirements at their own cost.
(b) The Supplier must cooperate with and do all things necessary to assist, and refrain from doing anything that may impede, CFS Group Members or their Personnel in discharging their obligations under the relevant Safety Legislation.
(c) The Supplier must perform the Services in a manner that does not cause any CFS Group Member to breach its obligations under the relevant Safety Legislation.
(d) The Supplier must, upon reasonable request by or on behalf of CFS, demonstrate compliance with such requirements including providing evidence of measures taken to achieve such compliance.
(e) Any breach by the Supplier of this clause 17 which exposes the Supplier Personnel or other people at CFS's premises to risk to their health and safety will be considered a material breach by the Supplier of its obligations under this Agreement which is not capable of remedy, and will entitle CFS to terminate the provision of the affected Services and receive a pro rata refund of any pre-paid fees for the affected Services following the date of termination.
Work Health & Safety acts in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures at all times;
Work Health & Safety. 15.1 The Developer acknowledges that it is the Principal Contractor under WHS Law for the Developer Works unless and until such time that the Developer engages a person to construct the Developer Works, or engages another person conducting a business, or undertaking, to be the Principal Contractor for the Developer Works, and authorises the person to have management or control of the workplace relating to the Developer Works and to discharge the duties of a Principal Contractor under WHS Law.
15.2 If the Developer at any time terminates the engagement of the person engaged to construct the Developer Works or to otherwise be the Principal Contractor for the Developer Works, the Developer becomes the Principal Contractor until such time as a new person is appointed to construct the Developer Works or to otherwise be the Principal Contractor for the Developer Works.
15.3 The Developer is to use its best endeavours to ensure that all persons involved in the Developer Works comply with relevant WHS Law and procedures, including but not limited to:
15.3.1 following published government and industry WHS guidelines, 15.3.2 providing WHS induction training,
Work Health & Safety. The Contractor must comply with all of its work health and safety obligations at law, including but not limited to, by: taking all practicable steps to ensure their own health and safety; complying with all lawful and reasonable instructions of the Firm and the Client in regard to health and safety, including complying with the Client’s work health and safety policies; and fully co-operating with the Firm and the Client in any action to maintain a working environment which is safe and without risk to health. Anti-discrimination The Contractor must comply with all relevant anti-discrimination laws, including but not limited to, providing an environment free of discrimination, sexual harassment and/or other forms of harassment at any premises or at any location at which the Contractor provides the Services.
Work Health & Safety a) The parties acknowledge and agree that a safe and secure workplace is important, and that Employees will:
(i) Comply with all applicable Work Health and Safety laws and regulations.
(ii) Ensure the safety of themselves as well as co-workers or any other persons working at the workplace.
(iii) Wear and use any safety and protective equipment or clothing provided.
(iv) Comply with the Company’s occupational health and safety practices and procedures or face disciplinary action, including termination of their employment.
(v) Immediately report to management any accidents, incidents or hazards arising in the course of employment.
(vi) Comply with all Client or Site Specific WHS requirements.
Work Health & Safety. The Developer acknowledges that it is the Principal Contractor under WHS Law for the Developer Works unless and until such time that the Developer:
Work Health & Safety. 30.1 The Supplier must comply with the Work Health and Safety Xxx 0000 (SA) at all times, regardless of whether the Government Party issues direction in that regard or not.
30.2 If all or part of the work under this Agreement is to be provided on the premises of the Government Party and under the direction of the Government Party, the Supplier must comply with the Government Party’s work health and safety policies, procedures and instructions. If the Supplier becomes aware of any potentially hazardous situation on the Government Party’s premises, the Supplier must immediately bring it to the Government Party’s attention.
Work Health & Safety. The Seller shall comply in all respects with the provisions of the Work Health & Safety Act 2011 (Qld), its regulations and codes of practice and ensure that all other persons in its employ also comply with the provisions, regulations and codes of practice. Without limiting clause 17.2, the Seller indemnifies the Purchaser against all liability that the Purchaser may incur as result of a failure by the Seller to comply with his obligations pursuant to this clause 18.
Work Health & Safety. (a) All parties to this agreement are committed to the provision and maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment. The Company shall ensure compliance with all applicable Work Health & Safety Acts and Regulations
(b) The Company is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all its Employees. (c) Managers and supervisors have the responsibility to maintain a safe working environment and to ensure that safe working procedures are ln place and observed at all times.
(d) Employees have the responsibility to
(i) Wear and use any safety and protective equipment or clothing provided
(ii) Comply with the Company's Work health and safety policy, practices and procedures.
(iii) Immediately report to management any accidents, incidents or hazards arising in the course of employment. Such behaviour will be encouraged by the Company and Employees will not be prejudiced by compliance.
