Normal Schedule. In a week where a statutory holiday occurs, the normal method of scheduling will prevail.
Normal Schedule. Except as applicable to Nursing Staff in Articles 17.1 and 17.3, the normal work week for all full-time employees shall average forty (40) hours and work schedules shall be mutually agreed upon between the Parties so as to permit all employees to have:
(a) at least every third weekend off unless otherwise mutually agreed;
(b) minimum number of split days off;
(c) maximum number of hours between change of shifts;
(d) unless mutually agreed, employees will not be required to work more than six (6) consecutive days except in cases of emergency.

1. The weekly schedule will be posted on the Thursday, prior to the week commencing, by 2:00 pm and will contain the listing of all employees required for the start of the normal work week and are scheduled for the same shift and department for that week. Schedule #2

A second schedule as an out-of-department schedule will be produced and posted to cover known openings for the week (including LOA's, Single Day vacations) S. 6:03 58 by Thursday at 2:00 p.m. It may contain additional employees on different shifts and/or different departments throughout the week on the Out of Department board. Employees will be scheduled to a minimum of three (3) consecutive days of work for the upcoming normal work week. A fourth day (consecutive or non-consecutive) can be scheduled when necessary. In the event you are entitled to a paid holiday as per 5:24 and 6:11 within the week, the Company may schedule to a minimum of two (2) consecutive days. A two (2) day schedule may be posted to cover for Food Safety/Safety Training.

Normal Schedule. The normal daily working hours shall be seven hours per day and shall take place between the hours of and or as modified below. The parameters for the scheduling of normal hours of work as set out above may be extended through to with the agreement of the employee and the Employer.
