Work Schedule Selection. (bargaining unit employees hired prior to November 19, 2021 only) For bargaining unit employees hired prior to November 19, 2021, the work shift/slot and holiday schedule will be selected. Said selection shall be conducted during the month of January for schedules beginning the first full pay period in February as follows: The work schedule selection shall be for the items in the order listed: 1. Shift/slot selection (from the slots and shifts set forth in Appx. to this Agreement) 2. Holiday Schedule (from categories A and B in Appx. to this Agreement) 3. Vacation block(s) not to exceed two consecutive weeks. 4. Up to seven individual vacation days (4-hour increments) Additionally, selections, for the items listed below, shall be done within the first two (2) weeks of, July in the following order: 1. Vacation block(s) not to exceed two consecutive weeks. 2. Up to seven individual vacation days. All selections made shall be for the following months corresponding to the grid. (i.e., July selections will be for August 1st to the end of the grid. Each employee may schedule at least one (1) block of time of vacation equal to the employee’s number of hours scheduled in a week during the January work schedule selection. Staff may schedule more than one (1) block of time on consecutive weeks. This scheduling will be done by seniority by shift. At no time will leave be granted in an amount less than thirty (30) minutes. Employees shall make their work schedule selection before any leave selections shall be made. Once the leave times have been scheduled they may not be changed by employees unless approved in writing by the supervisor. Vacation week blocks (whole or partial) may be cancelled with a seventy two (72) hour notice to the supervisor. Selection for time off, blocks and shall be by seniority among staff. After all employees have made their selections for the block/blocks time, then employees may select their up to seven (7) individual additional vacation days by seniority. The Employer shall attempt to provide time during shifts when employees may make work schedule selection and leave schedule. When feasible, the employees may submit their selections for work schedules and leave time in writing to their supervisor.

Work Schedule Selection. When permanent changes in shift or days off assignments are made by the Employer, seniority will be utilized to determine shift assignments or days off. If as a result of this process, an employee is assigned to another shift, seniority will not be utilized to displace any existing employee’s days off.
Work Schedule Selection. On January 1 through 5 of each year, employees shall have an opportunity to exercise seniority for shift assignments within their position classification. Any changes in shift assignment pursuant to this process shall be effective March 1 of each year. Notice of changes in shift assignments pursuant to this process shall not be subject to the thirty (30) day notice requirement for changes in hours of work.
Work Schedule Selection. (a) CCNH Nurses shall self-schedule. Nurses will notify the nursing scheduler of their desired days to work by the tenth (10th) day of each month for the following month. Each full-time nurse must sign up for at least four (4) weekend shifts per month. If the nurse fails to submit their requests by the 10th of each month and/or does not sign up for their committed number of shifts, the Nurse scheduler will sign them up for their adequate shifts. . If more nurses sign up for a shift than are needed, the nurse(s) with the most seniority shall be granted the requested shift(s). Once all Nurses have signed up to work their agreed-upon shifts, full and part-time nurses will be able to pick up additional shifts on any shifts that have available shifts to fill. The final work schedule will be provided to employees by the 23rd of each month for the following month. PRNs shall choose their schedules after other nurses have completed their schedules. (b) On January 1 through 5 of each year, employees shall have an opportunity to exercise seniority for shift assignments within their position classification.   • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Flexible Work Schedules An employee may request a modification of their current work schedule to another schedule. The Employer, or its designees, may approve or deny flexible work schedules and retain the responsibility for determining exemptions from, or terminations of, flexible work schedules which adversely affect the operation of the Minnesota Judicial Branch or the level of service to the public.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.
