Working on a Rostered Day Off. Employees will not be asked to work on their rostered days off except in the event of a Port Emergency or in the case of 4.6 below. In the case where employees attend a port emergency and fatigue limits are exceeded, they will be given appropriate fatigue rest periods as soon as possible after the emergency is contained. In the case of port emergencies, employees will be paid overtime rates (in 4.4) for whatever time is worked outside of their normal rostered arrangements or they can bank the time to be used as time off in lieu at a later date.
