Workscope. Prior to Induction, GE will prepare a Workscope and provide it to Customer for approval.

GE will prepare a Workscope in accordance with GE Workscope Planning II Guide, Repair Manual and Repair specification , Customer’s Aircraft/Engine Maintenance Program, Customer’s General Maintenance Manual and provide it to Customer for approval. Workscope. The following works must be undertaken by UE.  List to be provided but may include –  Upgrade or installation of a distribution substation or other works.  Undertake assessment of the generator connection and prepare a report.  Review opportunities for the generator to provide network support and to receive avoided Distribution Use of System (DUoS) and Transmission Use of System (TUoS) payments.  Provide advice to the Generator’s contractor on protection and control design to satisfy UE access standards.  Install an operator warning label within the distribution substation and update the UE generator register and GIS.  Witness generator commissioning tests if required.  Review commissioning test report.  Prepare the generator connection agreement.
Workscope. For each Qualified Shop Visit, CFM will develop a Workscope consistent with the CFM Workscope Planning Guide. Such Workscope may include reliability and performance enhancements and AAA approved repairs. CFM may incorporate additional Workscope elements during the Term to improve Engine operating characteristics and incorporate CFM-approved repairs. CFM may charge AIRLINE for any Workscope requirements from AIRLINE, AIRLINE’s specific maintenance manuals or Repair Specifications, which exceed the requirements stated in the CFM Workscope Planning Guide, as Supplemental Services. LLP Minimum Build will be ***** and any LLP which do not meet such Minimum Build shall be replaced by new Parts. CFM may, at its own discretion, replace an Engine with a new or used engine for either program or commercial reasons. Any such replacement engine shall be in a similar or higher configuration as the removed Engine.
Workscope. (a) Federal will provide Contractor a written Airframe Workscope Letter describing the scope of Services to be performed on Federal's Aircraft and a listing of all of the FedEx supplied materials/kits no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the Aircraft's specified Delivery Date. (b) FedEx and Contractor, by mutual written agreement, may amend the Airframe Workscope Letter and list of materials/kits from time to time, prior to an Aircraft's Delivery Date.

Workscope. The Services to be performed on each Aircraft delivered to Aeroman shall be described in a Workscope executed by the Parties prior to Delivery. Customer shall deliver to Aeroman its proposed Workscope for each Aircraft no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled day of Delivery of the Aircraft to the Aeroman Facility. All changes to the Workscope will be provided to Aeroman no later than seven (7) days prior to the Delivery date unless such change is a safety of flight issue related to the Aircraft or otherwise agreed to between the Parties, subject to the availability of the required materials.
Workscope. Duties and requirements include, but are not limited to: ● monitoring techniques/efficiency/safe handling; ● modifying performance in accordance with Company procedures; ● making recommendations on all aspects of the operation, seeking to improve performance and productivity; ● ensuring the Catering and Quality Assurance procedure, regulations and safety standards are followed by staff; ● enforcing State established regulations and local standards pertaining to hygiene and safe food handling practices; ● demonstrating leadership, decision making and organised skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment; ● making recommendations on all aspects of the operation, seeking to identify opportunities to improve performance and productivity; ● various administrative and reporting duties; skilled use of knives and machinery; ● implementation of directions given by Supervisory Chef and Management staff; ● providing raw material preparation and cooking assistance to Chefs; ● repetitive use of special purpose, pre-adjusted or automated cooking equipment not requiring the possession or use of trades skill or knowledge; ● training staff in job functions and culinary skills (including job safety, use of machinery and chemicals); ● reconciling cash register takings; ● providing advanced table service where required for formal Company banquets and functions; and ● maintaining quality control checks of finished product ensuring food is to specification and correct presentation.
