Xxxxxxxx Allowance. The Board may appoint a xxxxxxx to supervise at least four (4) or more journeymen. Such xxxxxxx shall be paid the hourly rate as contained in Schedule “A”.
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. A Xxxxxxx, designated as such by an authorized representative of the Board, shall be paid an allowance of one dollar and fifty-two cents ($1.52) per hour.
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. As more fully set forth in the Lundbeck Lease, Lundbeck is entitled to receive a tenant improvement allowance in the amount of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($3,492,600) (the “Lundbeck Allowance”), which may be used by Lundbeck for tenant improvements or applied to Lundbeck’s rental obligations under the Lundbeck Lease. As more fully set forth in the Lundbeck Lease Amendment, Seller shall pay Lundbeck at Closing an amount equal to that portion of the Lundbeck Allowance which remains payable to Lundbeck as of the Closing Date (the “Remaining Lundbeck Allowance”), which amount is confirmed by the Tenant Estoppel Certificate signed by Lundbeck. Seller’s payment of the Remaining Lundbeck Allowance to Lundbeck at Closing shall constitute full and final satisfaction of Seller’s obligations to Purchaser with respect to the Lundbeck Allowance.
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. Bid
1. An employee who is notified of his impending furlough, may place his furlough allowance up for bid.
2. Bids for such furlough allowance will be awarded in seniority order. The successful bidder will not receive furlough allowance for a period longer than that to which the originally excess employee was entitled had he been furloughed. Furlough allowance will be paid at the regular straight time rate of the employee who places his furlough allowance up for bid.
3. Upon award of furlough allowance put up for bid, the employee given notice of his impending furlough will remain in active status. The Employee who is awarded such furlough allowance will be terminated at the completion of the furlough allowance period.
4. The successful bidder will be paid furlough allowance on successive payroll periods immediately following the date the furlough allowance begins.
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. Employees engaged in dyehouses, operators of machines in the wool scouring and wet finishing departments, employees working on liquor tans in bleaching departments, employees working in the colour kitchen or employees engaged in the washing of screens will be paid the additional allowance set out in Appendix A.
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. In recognition of the added expense incurred by the employee due to work-related wear and tear on clothing and footwear, each employee shall on or before April December 1, 20198, receive as compensation subject to withholding three hundred fiftyfive hundred dollars ($350500.00) and an outdoor district provided jacket. The clothing allowance shall increase to three hundred seventyfive hundred fifty five dollars ($375550.00) for annual payments on or before April December 1 of 202019 and a district issued fleece vest will be provided. The clothing allowance shall increase to five hundred seventy five dollars ($575.00) for annual payments on or before December 1, 2021. New employees hired after September 1 but before March February 1 of a given year will receive a pro rata portion of the clothing allowance for that fiscal year based on their start dates. New employees hired after March February 1 will not receive any portion of the clothing allowance until the allowance is paid the succeeding fiscal year.
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. A one hundred dollar ($100.00) per month clothing allowance shall be granted to employees assigned as detectives. This benefit will be provided to any officer who is assigned to a non-uniformed assignment in excess of thirty (30) consecutive calendar days.
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. The District will provide a complete uniform to members of the security staff appointed by the Board of Education and reimburse up to three hundred dollars ($300). Any and all claims for reimbursement must be submitted to the District on the approved form provided by the District twice per fiscal year no later than October 15th for payment on November 15th, and again no later than April 15th for May 15th payment. The employee is responsible for maintaining the clothing in a proper condition.
A. A fifteen (15) minute coffee break will be available once every four (4) hours.
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. 1. Fiscal Allowance - $400
Xxxxxxxx Allowance. The bus maintainer and the maintainer assistant will be provided a clothing allowance in the amount of $500 and $250 respectively. All clothing must be work related items. Upon submission of receipts, the Board will reimburse up to the amount specified.
