Your Pay. Full and part-time Employees will be paid the rate of pay prescribed in Schedule 1 of this agreement for the classification in which they are employed. Casual Employees will receive a 25% loading which will be applied to the ordinary rate of pay prescribed in Schedule 1 of this agreement for the classification in which they are employed. Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer to your nominated bank account. If an Employee is competently performing one of the core duties of a higher classification and is doing so for four (4) or more hours per day, that person shall be paid the pay rate of the higher classification for the total of that day.
