Capacity and Performance a. During the Term hereof, the Executive shall be employed by the Company on a full-time basis and shall perform such duties and responsibilities exclusively on behalf of the Company as may be designated from time to time by the President of the Company.

The Board of Directors will elect the Executive to serve as a director of the Company until at least the next annual meeting of stockholders of the Company, and the Executive agrees to serve in such capacity without further compensation.

During the Term, Executive shall be employed by the Company on a full-time basis and shall perform such duties and responsibilities, consistent and customary with the position of Chief Sales Officer, on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates as may reasonably be designated from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer.
