Monthly Services Fee definition

Monthly Services Fee means those monthly fees incurred by Client that are related to the Services provided by Rackspace under these Product Terms.

Monthly Services Fee is defined in Section 3.1(a).

Monthly Services Fee means the fee described in Exhibit C hereof.

Examples of Monthly Services Fee in a sentence

• The Monthly Services Fee may be adjusted by Westminster Canterbury during the term of this Agreement pursuant to Section III.D. below.

• Once the Non-Resident moves in, you will pay the Second Person Monthly Services Fee in addition to the Monthly Service Fee.

• Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, Resident (including a deceased Resident) will be deemed to occupy their Residence and Resident’s Monthly Services Fee will continue to accrue as normal.

• No claim whatsoever shall lie on the Purchaser for the replaced Goods thereafter.

• Your new Monthly Services Fee will be prorated based on the number of days in each residence (the original Residence and the New Residence) for the month of your transfer.

More Definitions of Monthly Services Fee

Monthly Services Fee means, in respect of each monthly period ending on a Calculation Date, an amount in United States Dollars equal to the greater of (i) $100,000 (the “Monthly Minimum Fee”) or (ii) (x) in respect of monthly periods ending on or prior to March 31, 2016, $1,200 per Unit, or (y) in respect of monthly periods ending after March 31, 2016, $2,000 per Unit, (subject to the adjustment (upwards or downwards) set forth in the next sentence, 215 Loan Agreement

Calculation of Aggregate Monthly Settlement Amount “Aggregate Monthly Settlement Amount” means the sum total of the Monthly Settlement Amounts for each Renewable Product Group in any Delivery Month. “Monthly Settlement Amount” means for any Renewable Product Group in any Delivery Month (i) the (a) Target Inventory Settlement minus the (b) Total Daily Settlements, plus (ii) (c) the Variance True-Up Amount. (a) “Target Inventory Settlement” means the product of the Monthly Variance Volume, multiplied by the Average Applicable Index Value.  “Monthly Variance Volume” means the Target Month-End Volume for the current Delivery Month minus the prior Month’s Ending In-Tank Inventory. o “Target Month-End Volume” means for each Renewable Product, the Target Month-End Renewable Product Inventory Volume for the applicable Renewable Product, and for Permitted Feedstock, the Target Month-End Permitted Feedstock Inventory Volume. o “Ending In-Tank Inventory” means for each Renewable Product, the Ending In- Tank Renewable Product Inventory for the applicable Renewable Product, and for Permitted Feedstock, the Ending In-Tank Permitted Feedstock Inventory.

Monthly Services Fee has the meaning assigned to such term in the Fee Letter.

Monthly Services Fee means the monthly fees (as specified in a Service Subscription Order Form executed by the parties) payable by Customer to Multiview for the right to receive access to the various Application(s) within the Service for which Customer has subscribed for the number of User(s) for which Customer has subscribed;
