Negotiations Leave Clause Samples
The Negotiations Leave clause grants employees the right to take time off from work specifically to participate in collective bargaining or union negotiations. Typically, this leave is either paid or unpaid and may require advance notice or approval from the employer, depending on company policy or applicable labor laws. By formalizing the process for taking leave during negotiations, this clause ensures that employees can effectively represent their interests without risking disciplinary action or loss of income, thereby supporting fair and organized labor relations.
