Subcontracting. Nextlane may, at its option, subcontract any of its obligations under this Agreement, such as Professional Services or hosting services, subject to selecting a sub-contractor that has the necessary experience and skills to perform the obligations set forth in the Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, Nextlane shall remain responsible for the performance of the Agreement in accordance with its terms, including any obligations it performs through subcontractors.
Subcontracting. Subcontracting is regulated by law no. 75‐1334 of 31 December 1975 and chapter III of title IX of the code of public contracts. Subcontracting is forbidden for supplies. The contractor who calls on a subcontractor remains personally responsible to the purchaser. The contractor must submit its subcontractor for written acceptance by the Ecole Centrale de Lyon before any execution of the order can begin.

Subcontracting. 15.1 The Supplier may only subcontract the provision of the Products and/or Services to a third party with the prior written approval of the Purchaser (which may be withheld at its sole discretion). 15.2 The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that if it subcontracts the provision of the Products and/or Services or any part of the provision of the Products and/or Services: (a) it will remain liable to the Purchaser for the performance of its obligations under the Contract; and (b) it will be liable for the acts, omissions or neglect of the subcontractor as fully as if such acts, omissions or neglect were the conduct of the Supplier or any of its Personnel.

In case of successive subcontracting, the payment by the principal to the supplier is conditioned by the proof of the discharge of the costs by the supplier and his successive subcontractors to their respective contracting partners which have subcontracted a part of the operation. If the supplier sub-contracts any part of the order, it shall remain fully responsible for the acts, defaults, and neglects of its sub-contractors.
Subcontracting. Malou reserves the right to use subcontractors to carry out the Services. In this case, Xxxxx undertakes to ensure that its subcontractors comply with the same contractual obligations as those to which it is subject under these General Terms and Conditions. The parties expressly acknowledge and agree that, in the event that these subcontractors are required to process personal data, the provisions of the "Personal Data" article shall apply.
Subcontracting. The Seller assumes sole responsibility for the proper execution of orders for Products or Services. The Seller may not entrust all or part of the execution of the order for Products or Services to third parties without first obtaining the written agreement of the Buyer on the identity of the subcontractor(s) that the Buyer reserves the right to refuse without having to justify its refusal. In the case of authorized subcontracting, the Seller does so under its full and sole responsibility; it is not discharged in any way of compliance with its obligations that it will also perform to these third parties.

The delivery of our products transfers the risks to the subcontractor: maintenance, security, insurance and all other measures of risk coverage which can be applied to the goods after delivery are the responsibility of thereof. The subcontractor is and remains responsible for all risk of damage or loss and / or partial or total destruction of the goods entrusted to and whatever the cause of injury, even if it is of a fortuitous event or force majeure. Subcontracting. Univ. Eiffel - ESIEE Paris reserves the right to entrust part of the service to subcontractors, whether for intermediate steps for which it does not have the necessary means or to optimize the management of its human, material and financial ressources. In this case, Univ. Eiffel - ESIEE Paris keeps responsibility for confidentiality as defined in §2, and for the service achievement in accordance with the above guarantee terms.
