Account Executive and Account Executive Team. Quorum shall assign an Account Executive and Account Executive Team to assist the Hospital with achieving the value and benefits available through this Agreement. The following Base Services shall be provided to the Hospital and shall be coordinated by the Account Executive:  Attendance at Board meetings on at least a quarterly basis in-person by the Account Executive and/or other members of the assigned regional support team and other Board meetings by telephone or video conference.  Business and Strategic Planning: o Assisting the CEO and Board in developing an annual business plan o Together with the CEO, monitoring the Hospital’s progress toward achievement of goals established in the annual business plan and reporting to the Board on progress o Advising the Board on significant strategic and business decisions o Assisting with strategic financial planning  Operations and Financial Advisory Support: o Conduct regular operations reviews with the CEO and CFO, including reviewing a monthly financial report and advising on operational improvements o Review the annual operating budget and capital budget  CEO Evaluation: o Providing assistance to the Board as they conduct an annual evaluation of the CEO  Reimbursement Support and Advice: o Reviewing the Hospital’s prepared cost report and analyzing critical access hospital modeling or other reimbursement strategies o Providing reimbursement advisory updates including changes in regulations o Providing an annual third party contractual allowance review (a detailed review of the contractual accounting processes, contractual allowances and cost report settlements as reported on the Hospital’s financial statements in order to identify potential errors)  CEO and CFO Executive Recruitment o Quorum will assist the Hospital with executive recruitment for the positions of CEO and CFO if needed. Quorum shall communicate with the Board to establish the Board’s desired qualifications, job description requirements and commercially reasonable and competitive salary range for such personnel. Thereafter, Quorum shall seek to recruit candidates for the position to be filled who fit such Board-established parameters. If no such candidates are recruited, Quorum shall notify the Board, and shall meet with the Board to re-establish qualifications, job description requirements and salary parameters to expand Quorum’s recruitment efforts.   • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Billing Contact will become the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Authorized User for matters related to invoicing, billing and payment. The Emergency Contact will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency procurements.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
