Administrative Dues Check-Off. (1) Every Employer signatory to this Agreement hereby agrees to check-off from the wages of any employee employed by such Employer during the term of this Agreement administrative dues in the then amount specified in the Union’s by-laws and to remit said amount to the Union in the following manner: a. The Union will notify the Employer in writing of the amount of administrative dues specified in the by-laws, and will submit to the Employer a copy of the bylaws or an applicable by-law provision. b. For each payroll period, the Employer will deduct from the wages of each employee the amount specified in the by-laws based on the number of hours worked during the said payroll period, and all will accumulate said deductions to the end of the month. c. On or before the 15th day of each month, the Employer will remit to the Union the entire amount of administrative dues due and owing as to each employee for the month previous, together with a list of employees covered hereby and the number of hours worked by each during the applicable period. (2) When a signatory Employer performs a job within the jurisdiction of a Union affiliated with the I.U.P.A.T. other than the Union signatory hereto and the bylaws of that other Union contain a provision for administrative dues or Business Representative “assessment”, the Employer shall check-off from the wages of employees covered by this Agreement and employed on that job administrative dues and Business Representative “assessment” in the amount stated in that other Unions by-laws, and shall remit that amount to that other Union. In that event, that other Union shall be acting as agent of the signatory Union for the purpose of policing and administering this Agreement. In performing the check-off from the wages, the procedure specified in Section (1) a-c will be followed, except that it shall be the responsibility of said other Union to notify the Employer in writing of the amount of administrative dues or Business Representative “assessment” specified in its by-laws, and to submit to the Employer a copy of the by- laws or applicable by-law provision. When the signatory Employer performs a job within the jurisdiction of a Union affiliated with the I.U.P.A.T. other than the Union signatory hereto, and the by-laws of that other Union contain no provision for administrative dues or Business Representative “assessment”, the Employer shall continue to be bound by Section (1). Administrative Dues Check-Off. 5.01 Every Employer covered by this Agreement hereby agrees to check-off from the wages of any Employee employed by such Employers during the term of this Agreement, Administrative Dues in the amount of three per cent (3%) of income on which Vacation and Statutory Holiday pay is computed and remit same in accordance with Article 14, Payments to Trust Funds, Administration Dues and Union Dues, together with an itemized list of all Employee names and the amount to be credited for each Employee. 5.02 The amount of Administrative Dues and Monthly Dues may be amended by the Local Union in accordance with their By-Laws upon giving at least one (1) month's prior notice. The Local Union will make every effort to make such amendment coincident with other monetary changes in the Collective Agreement.

Administrative Dues Check-Off. (a) Effective May 6, 2013, the Employer shall deduct ninety five cents ($0.95) per hour earned from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement for the Administration Dues Check-off. Effective May 5, 2014, the Employer shall deduct one dollar ($1.00) per hour earned from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement for the Administrative Dues Check-off. Effective May 4, 2015, the Employer shall deduct one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour earned from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement for the Administrative Dues Check-off. The Employer shall remit a cheque for same together with a list of employees from whose wages the deduction was made to the Administrator of the Union’s Welfare Trust Fund on or before the twentieth (20th) day of the month following for which the deductions were made, with the exception of Article 18.09 (b). (b) Effective May 6, 2013, all work being completed in Article 23 and 25 work- ing in OLRB Board Areas 13 (Xxxxx Falls), 14 (Pembroke), 15 (Ottawa), 30 (Brockville), and 31 (Cornwall), the Employer shall deduct ninety cents ($0.90) per hour eared from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement for the Administration Dues Check-off. The Employer shall remit a cheque for same together with a list of employees from whose wages the deduction was made to the Administrator of the Union’s Welfare Trust Fund on or before the twentieth (20th) day of the month following for which the deductions were made.
Administrative Dues Check-Off. Effective May 3, 2004, the Employer shall deduct to eighty cents ($0.80) per hour from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement for the Administrative Dues Check- off. Effective May 1, 2005, the rate shall increase to eight- five cents ($0.85) per hour. Effective May 1, 2006, the rate shall increase to ninety cents ($0.90) per hour. The Employer shall remit a cheque for same together with a list of employees from whose wages the deduction was made to the Administrator of the Union’s Welfare Trust Fund on or before the 20th day of the month following for which the deduction was made.

Every Employer signatory to this Agreement hereby agrees to check-off (withhold) from the wages of any employee employed by such Employer during the term of this Agreement, Administrative Dues in the amount specified in the Union’s By-Laws and to remit said amount to the Union in the following manner.
Administrative Dues Check-Off. The Employer agrees to deduct from the pay of the employees covered by this Agreement an administrative dues deduction. Before any such deduction is made, the Union shall furnish to the Employer a properly signed authorization card for the employees permitting such deduction. Such deduction shall be remitted to the Local Union on a monthly basis on the forms and in the manner prescribed by the Local Union.
