Animal Control Services. 14.1 During the Term, the Municipality will: provide Animal Control Services through its own resources and/or independent contractors to the Lands. The Municipality shall maintain the responsibility of all personnel providing Animal Control Services covered under this Agreement. Appoint an Animal Control Officer who will act on behalf of the Municipality for the provision of Animal Control Services as described in Section 14.2 below. 14.2 During the Term, the Municipality shall provide the following Animal Control Services to the First Nation and the Lands: To provide and manage an Animal Shelter Facility operated under applicable Provincial laws which will provide Animal Sheltering Services for all animals which are picked up by the Animal Control Officer. All animals shall be held at this facility in accordance with [Provincial Laws]. At the end of the time mandated by [Provincial Laws] the ownership and responsibility for the final disposition of these animals shall reside with the Animal Sheltering Facility. To provide animal control management, including investigation, apprehension, and transportation of live Animals to veterinarian facility and/or Animal Shelter Facility. To respond during regular working hours (Enter municipal office hours, Monday through Friday with the exception of statutory holidays) to routine and non-routine problems and questions pertaining to issues surrounding animal control. To respond to animal control emergencies including, but not limited to, direct threats to public health and safety by Domestic Animals, Feral Animals, or Wild Animals outside of regular working hours (meaning ascribed in Section 14.2 (c)), seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day. In cases where the Animal Control Officer deems necessary, the Animal Control Officer shall be responsible for the issuance of summonses for animal related violations to Bylaw [Name of Bylaw] and shall be available to testify in court in support of said summons. In instances where the Animal Control Officer deems appropriate, the Animal Control Officer will be responsible for providing euthanasia. Animal Control Services. The Society shall be responsible for responding to animal-related calls referred by the City. The Society and the City will be responsible for the enforcement of the animal control laws. The Society shall perform all other animal related services and obligations delegated to the Society by the City, including, but not limited to the following specific duties:

Animal Control Services. The District and the County shall negotiate in good faith the terms of a contract pursuant to which the District will provide funding for the incremental costs incurred by the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter for providing animal control services to that portion of the Land located in the County.
Animal Control Services. City may request, and the Contractor may supply, special Animal Control Services not otherwise provided herein, including agreed upon services, the retention of the animals related to criminal prosecutions for other than violation of animal control regulations or ordinances.

Animal Control Services. The Contractor will cause its insurance policies to contain a waiver of the insurer's subcontractors, and the Contractor hereby waives its rights of subrogation against such parties. The Contractor will cause liability insurance to name the Village as additional insured with cross-liability and severability of interest endorsements. The Contractor will, within 30 days of the commencement of this contract agreement, provide to the Village insurance certificates with respect to such requirements. If the Contractor fails to purchase or keep in force such insurance, the Village may affect such insurance, at the Contractor’s cost.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Compliance Control Services (1) Support reporting to regulatory bodies and support financial statement preparation by making the Fund's accounting records available to the Trust, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), and the independent accountants. (2) Maintain accounting records according to the 1940 Act and regulations provided thereunder. (3) Perform its duties hereunder in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and provide any sub-certifications reasonably requested by the Trust in connection with any certification required of the Trust pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 (the “SOX Act”) or any rules or regulations promulgated by the SEC thereunder, provided the same shall not be deemed to change USBFS’s standard of care as set forth herein. (4) Cooperate with the Trust’s independent accountants and take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement to ensure that the necessary information is made available to such accountants for the expression of their opinion on the Fund’s financial statements without any qualification as to the scope of their examination.

  • Dental Services The following dental services are not covered, except as described under Dental Services in Section 3: • Dental injuries incurred as a result of biting or chewing. • General dental services including, but not limited to, extractions including full mouth extractions, prostheses, braces, operative restorations, fillings, frenectomies, medical or surgical treatment of dental caries, gingivitis, gingivectomy, impactions, periodontal surgery, non-surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, including appliances or restorations necessary to increase vertical dimensions or to restore the occlusion. • Panorex x-rays or dental x-rays. • Orthodontic services, even if related to a covered surgery. • Dental appliances or devices. • Preparation of the mouth for dentures and dental or oral surgeries such as, but not limited to, the following: o apicoectomy, per tooth, first root; o alveolectomy including curettage of osteitis or sequestrectomy; o alveoloplasty, each quadrant; o complete surgical removal of inaccessible impacted mandibular tooth mesial surface; o excision of feberous tuberosities; o excision of hyperplastic alveolar mucosa, each quadrant; o operculectomy excision periocoronal tissues; o removal of partially bony impacted tooth; o removal of completely bony impacted tooth, with or without unusual surgical complications; o surgical removal of partial bony impaction; o surgical removal of impacted maxillary tooth; o surgical removal of residual tooth roots; and o vestibuloplasty with skin/mucosal graft and lowering the floor of the mouth. • The following dialysis services received in your home: o installing or modifying of electric power, water and sanitary disposal or charges for these services; o moving expenses for relocating the machine; o installation expenses not necessary to operate the machine; and o training in the operation of the dialysis machine when the training in the operation of the dialysis machine is billed as a separate service. • Dialysis services received in a physician’s office.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the plan.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
