Annual Report and Review. 21.01 The University and the Union agree that an annual report and review are valuable means of advancing the University's educational goals and of supporting professional development. To this end, Employees may be required to provide an annual report and the University may review the performance of Employees on the basis of the annual report. Employees may review this information with the Vice-President (Academic and Research) as a means of advancing professional development goals.
21.02 At the end of the Teaching Year, the Vice-President (Academic and Research) may request an annual report of all Employees. In response to such a request, Employees shall provide an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae and a written report of their professional activities for the past twelve months, and a plan for the coming Academic Year. The report shall include an Employee’s account of his or her activities with respect to (a) teaching, (b) scholarship, and

Annual Report and Review. The Annual Review Report shall consist of summary comments on the Member’s performance of the activities described in the Member’s Annual Report as well as matters discussed at the Annual Review Meeting, if an Annual Review Meeting was held. The Annual Review Report shall also document any feedback provided on the Member's plans for the coming year. In the Annual Review Report, for each of the areas of the Member’s Responsibilities, the University Librarian or Xxxx or designate shall, in consultation with the Member’s immediate supervisor, categorize the Member’s performance as being one of:

The report shall include an Employee’s account of their activities with respect to (a) teaching, (b) scholarship, and (c) service noting any workload substitutions approved under Article 17.
Annual Report and Review. Property Owners shall, on each anniversary of the Effective Date, submit evidence to County of compliance with all terms of this Agreement pursuant to Government Code Section 65865.1. This annual report shall be required for compliance with the Approval Conditions and compliance with the adopted CEQA mitigation measures. Such report shall be in a form specified by County or otherwise agreed to by the parties. Based on that report and any inspections conducted by County, the County shall every twelve (12) months during the term of this Agreement make findings specifically as to the extent of good faith compliance by Property Owners. At least ten (10) days prior to any Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors’ meetings held in connection with said annual review, the County shall provide Property Owners with a copy of the County staff report concerning Property Owners’ compliance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. A finding of failure to comply shall be cured by Property Owners within a reasonable timeframe agreed to by the County and Property Owners. If such failure amounts to a failure to comply with this Agreement, then the provisions of Section 5.1 shall be applied. Failure by County in any given calendar year to undertake and complete its annual review of the Agreement shall constitute a finding by County that Property Owners are in compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for that calendar year.
Annual Report and Review. A. In concurrence with the annual State Protocol report, the Buffalo Field Office shall prepare and provide an annual report detailing how the applicable terms of the PA are being implemented. The report will include an assessment of the effectiveness of reclamation practices described in Appendix A of this PA. The report will also suggest additional work that may be needed in order to better meet reclamation goals.
B. The Buffalo Field Office shall provide a copy of the annual report to all signatories to this PA. The Buffalo Field Office will also provide to all signatories the opportunity to provide comment on the annual report.
Annual Report and Review. The Chief Librarian or Xxxx or designate shall sign the final written Annual Review Report and send it to the Member by October 15. The Chief Librarian or Xxxx or designate shall send a copy to the Member’s immediate supervisor. The Employer shall place a copy in the Member’s Official File.
Annual Report and Review. 1. The Council shall, within six months after the close of each calendar year, publish an annual report on its activities and such other information as it considers appropriate.
2. The Council shall annually review and assess the world tropical timber situation and exchange views on the outlook for, and other issues closely related to, the world tropical timber economy, including ecological and environmental aspects.
3. The review shall be carried out in the light of:
(a) Information supplied by members in relation to national production, trade, supply, stocks, consumption and prices of tropical timber;
(b) Statistical data and specific indicators provided by members on the areas listed in annex C; and
(c) Such other relevant information as may be available to the Council either directly or through the appropriate organizations in the United Nations system and appropriate intergovernmental, governmental or non-governmental organizations.
4. The results of the review shall be included in the reports of the Council’s deliberations.
Annual Report and Review. Community Roots will submit an annual report by October 31 to the District which will include, without limitation, the following:
i) Summary data on the progress toward meeting its goals and objectives as stated in the strategic plan.
ii) Student attendance and student discipline information.
iii) Any other information the District deems necessary to demonstrate that Community Roots is in compliance with state and federal law and the terms of this contract.
iv) A copy of the annual audit performed under Section 7.C of this contract.
v) Any statements from CRS that show the results of all operations and transactions affecting the financial status of the public charter school.
vi) A balance sheet containing a summary of the assets and liabilities CRS as of the closing date of the preceding annual audit period for the school.
vii) The Superintendent and Business Manager·of the District shall be the contract administrator of this contract and shall be responsible for evaluating compliance for the District.
