In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Schedule and the marine terminal operator schedule published by any WCMTOA member, the provisions of this Schedule shall govern.
A. APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE. This Schedule applies to all nurses employed by the Department of Education (DoE). The terms of this Agreement only apply to the extent provided in this Schedule.
APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE. 1.1 This Schedule details the Purchasing Arrangements and Service Obligations applying to all programs purchased by Skills Tasmania under contestable arrangements. This includes the “Career Start”, “Skills Fund”, “Skills Equip” and “User Choice” program and other programs that may be implemented during the term of this Agreement.
1.2 The Schedule of Purchased Training Programs details the programs to be purchased and any special conditions that may relate to them.
1.2.1 Qualifications and units of competency listed in the Schedule of Purchased Programs of this agreement are not funded or subsidised as “assessment-only” unless otherwise specified in the Schedule/s. The provision of training and skill development is essential to the expected outcomes of the programs funded or subsidised under this agreement.
1.2.2 For the purpose of this Schedule:
APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE. 2.1 This Schedule shall apply to employees:
2.1.1 engaged in the callings and classifications set out in this Schedule and who are employed at or in Child Care Centres as defined in the Regulation or outside school hours care
2.1.2 employees charged with the care of children, and/or the delivery of child care services in long day care, sessional care, occasional care, vocational care, adjunct care, respite care, emergency care, before and after school hours care and extended hours care of children as defined in the Act and the Regulation.
2.2 This Schedule will not apply to:
2.2.1 Persons whose service is voluntary and whose service is covered by the University’s Volunteer Staff Member Registration Form.
2.2.2 Students on work experience or placement.
2.2.3 Clerical employees engaged principally in a clerical capacity.
2.3 Partial exemption

APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE. This Schedule shall apply to employees who are engaged in callings and classifications set out in this Schedule and who are employed in a food outlet or as part of the catering service.
APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE. 1. Shifts, days off, posts and vacation will be picked by seniority, except for the administrative positions above noted in Subsection A.
2. The scheduling unit to the jail will offer operational jobs in each category, i.e., Sergeants or Lieutenants to all supervisors starting from the top of the seniority list and going down to the bottom of the list.
3. All picks will be scheduled on a yearly basis, starting the second full week in November. The new schedule will take effect the second week in January.
4. The Employer will distribute a notice that informs all supervisors when the picks will start. The notice will explain where, when and at what time the supervisors will call in. The notice will be attached to all supervisors' payroll checks. When the supervisor signs for his/her check, he/she will also sign for the notice about the picks. The notice will come out no later than ten (10) days from the date that the selections are scheduled to begin.
5. All supervisors will be given a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed ten (10) minutes, to pick their shift, their days off, their job and their vacations. The schedule will be posted so that all supervisors can see what selections have been made prior to their selections. The scheduling supervisor shall call each supervisor filling an operational post in order of seniority. The PBA 199A President, or his/her designee, will monitor the calling and administration of the picks.
