RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS. This Agreement shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the awards listed in 1.4, provided that where there is an inconsistency, the Agreement shall take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS. 3.1 This agreement shall operate to the exclusion of all other awards and agreements.
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS. This award consolidates the Coal Mining Industry (Production and Engineering) Interim Consent Award, September 1990 and all variations up to 4 December 1997. This award does not, however, affect any right, obligation or liability accrued or incurred under that former award. In the event of a disagreement concerning definition, reference will be made to those in the award prior to consolidation.

RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS. 8.1 Succession of previous awards This Award shall supersede the Glazing Contractors General (Victoria) Consolidated Award 1996 (ODN C No. 32180 of 1988, Print P0412 [G0034]), but no rights, obligations or liabilities incurred or accrued under that award shall be affected by such supersession.
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS. This Agreement contains all the conditions of employment and entitlements of employees employed under its terms and conditions by the employer to the exclusion of all other awards, agreements and industrial instruments as per the Workplace Relations Act 1996. This Agreement will not reduce the terms and conditions for employees below the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard (AFPCS) or the applicable reference instrument used for the purposes of the no-disadvantage test.
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS. This Agreement shall apply to the exclusion of the provisions contained in any Notional Agreement Preserving State Awards (NAPSA) created on 27 March 2006. For clarity, this Agreement specifically excludes all provisions contained within any Award or Notional Agreement Preserving State Awards that could otherwise apply to the employees or the Company.
