Applying for Membership. (a) To become a Member, a Participation Agreement and the applicable fees must be submitted by you or on your behalf and be accepted by the Network Administrator. The Network Administrator reserves the right at its discretion to refuse any Participation Agreement and the applicable fees that are submitted to it (including where it may have signed the Participation Agreement). Without limitation, the Network Administrator may be required to do this by the law or by order of a regulatory authority. In some circumstances the Network Administrator may also be prevented by law from returning fees.
(b) Each Participation Agreement must be in the name of the lawful owner of the Accommodation. The Network Administrator may require that any corporation, partnership, trust or other entity holding title to Accommodation, other than a natural individual, designate an individual who will exercise Membership rights on behalf of such entity.
(c) The Network Administrator may require separate Memberships for multiple owners of a single Accommodation interest or may limit how multiple owners may exercise rights of Membership.
Applying for Membership. ● To be eligible to apply to be a Member you must complete the membership application form, pay the application fee (if Guarantee Membership Type is selected), and agree to the Membership Terms. ● We retain the discretion to accept or reject any membership application on reasonable grounds. ● Once your membership application is accepted, your membership will start on completion of all membership registration requirements including paying the membership fee if Guarantee Membership Type is selected (if Guarantee is selected, membership will commence from date of payment). ● Membership is personal to the person accepted as a Member and cannot be transferred.

Applying for Membership. If you are not already a Member of Vancity, by applying to open an Account, you apply to have the Member become a member of Vancity and agree that the Member will subscribe and pay for the minimum number of membership shares in Vancity.

b. We do not charge an initial joining or administration fee.

d. We will also advise you of when your membership fees are due. Payment must be made by that date.

Use of Our Facility is restricted to Members only. • Membership is subject to availability and approval. • When applying for membership You must be at least 18 years of age. • We cannot guarantee ‘Women only’ classes. • We only provide sole Memberships and use of Our Facility is in accordance with the type of Membership requested. • All Memberships are non-transferable. • Prospective Members will be required to pay a joining fee and become a Member temporarily to attend any introduction sessions. • Prospective Members should book the appropriate date for an introduction session according to the date They wish to commence Activities at Our Facility. • Introduction sessions cannot be cancelled, nor rearranged, and fees are NOT refunded if a session is not attended. • Membership will be approved at an introduction session if there are no apparent issues, including health and safety. • Membership must be approved no later than the 20th of the month and cannot be deferred to a later date, and a class day/time that is requested cannot be changed for at least one month after receipt of the 1st monthly subscription. • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 pertaining to a 14-day cooling off period, if, between the introductory session and the 1st of the following month, You change Your mind about starting classes on the 1st of the month, You must notify Us by email. The automatic payment cannot be stopped but We will provide a refund of the 1st month’s fees, subject to a £5 administration fee, and cancel Your Membership by removing Your account from Our system so that no further monthly subscriptions can be taken. No other fees will be refunded. • Upon receipt of the monthly class subscription, You are registered to a designated class of Your choice guaranteeing You a place in that class each week. • Upon receipt of the monthly class subscription, 4 tokens are issued to Your account on 2nd of the month. You use these tokens to book classes, subject to availability. • Precision Members can transfer classes, subject to availability. All Members can transfer Membership, subject to availability. Applying for Membership. 2.1 You can apply for Membership using the online application form on the Website. By submitting a Membership Application, you agree that:
a) you meet the Eligibility Requirements set out at clause 3.1 when you submit the Membership Application; and
b) We or Carshare Support may provide credit to you to make use of the Service and as such, you consent to us or Carshare Support communicating with a credit reporting agency in the manner described in Schedule 1.
2.2 You must inform us immediately if you cease to meet any of the Eligibility Requirements.
2.3 We may accept or reject any Membership Application at our discretion.
2.4 You warrant that all information provided by you to us or any of our Affiliates in your Membership Application or at any time while you are a Member, including without limitation your name, address, email address, and information about your Driving History or credit record, is true and correct and is all the information reasonably required in relation to your Membership and use of the Service. You must ensure that all information provided by you is current and up to date. You permit us and our Affiliates, including Carshare Support, to verify your identity, including using the Document Verification Service (‘DVS’) to confirm that the personal information you provide in your identity documents as evidence of your identity match the information held by the agency which issued that document (also known as the official record holder). Our use (and our Affiliate’s use) of DVS to verify your identity may involve the use of third party systems and services. 2.5 If you agree to these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these terms and, in such event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.

Applying for Membership. 3.1 You may only apply for Membership:
3.1.1 on your own behalf; or
3.1.2 on behalf of any minor for whom you are a parent or guardian.
3.2 An application for Membership may be for annual Membership or for Membership for any other period we may permit.
3.3 Your Membership will remain ongoing until:
3.3.1 (for fixed term Memberships only) the expiration of your Membership term; or
3.3.2 you terminate your Membership in accordance with clause 15.2.
3.4 You may only apply for Membership by providing to us a completed Membership Application Form (which may include an online form) in the form we require and valid proof of any relevant concessions.
3.5 An application for Membership must be accompanied by payment of the relevant Membership Fee and Application Fee (if any).
3.6 We reserve the right to reject any application for Membership. We are not required to give any reason for the rejection of an application for Membership.
