The Employer shall not require a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to settle grievances during working hours without pay. No complaint or grievance may be or considered under the procedure unless it has been presented within five working days the time of occurrence of the incident giving rise lo the grievance. Any differences, disputes or complaints arising over the interpretation, administration or application this Agreement shall be submitted in writing in on forms supplied by the Union arid signed by the employee. The written record of grievance shall state the section or sections of the Agreement which it is alleged have been violated. Under no circumstances shall Job Stewards or any Employee make an arrangement with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or management, or vice versa, that will change or conflict any way with any sections or terms of this Agreement without approval of the Business Representative and the Employer.
ARTICLE STEWARDS. The Company acknowledges the Union to appoint a maximum of two (2) stewards for the purpose of discussing and adjusting grievances arising out of the interpretation, application or alleged violation of this Agreement. If the Union has a grievance, the Company shall a arrange a meeting with an official of the Union within ten (10) days excluding Saturday and Sunday and Statutory Holidays, from the time that the complaint arose, and shall, if necessary, follow through with a request for arbitration in the manner described under the grievance procedure.
