ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. A. Association communications, which are posted on District property, may be posted only on Association bulletin boards at each school site. The authorized Association representatives shall be responsible for the posting of all such Association authorized notices and contents thereof. All notices, prior to posting, shall be signed by the authorized Association representative. No member of the administration will assume any responsibility for the preparation, posting, or distribution of material for the Association.

ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. The Association shall have the right to act for and to negotiate agreements covering all employees of the Unit and also shall be responsible for representing the interests of any employee or group of employees within the Unit without discriminating and without regard to employee organization membership, except as provided for in 5 U.S.C. §7114(a) (5) and 5 U.S.C. §7121(b)(3)(B).

Use of District 29 Buildings The Association shall have the right to hold Sunset Ridge Education Association meetings on school property provided that reasonable advance notice is given to the administration and that such meetings do not unreasonably interfere with any aspect of the instructional program or other District activities.

The dues will be deducted from the biweekly pay of any unit member who performs any amount of work and, therefore, receives a paycheck. With the remittance of dues on a BIWEEKLY BASIS, THE $ISTRICT WILL GIVE '534/ (PRESIDENT AND TREASURER) A LIST SHOWING THE names of those substitute teachers with deductions, and the amount of dues deducted. The uniform amount of deduction will continue unless the District receives written revo- cation of the deduction authorization from a unit member. Dues deduction authorized by individual per diem substitute teachers will be continuous from year to year unless revoked in writing by the substitute teacher. GUSTO shall indemnify and hold harmless the District from any and all liability resulting from any action or proceeding arising as a result of the deduction of dues pursuant to this Article. Association officers/designees required by the District to attend a meeting during regu- lar school hours, will be fully compensated for any lost work. The District shall provide all new unit members with a copy of the current Agreement upon hire. The District shall provide all unit members with a copy of each successor !GREEMENT WITHIN THREE ()) MONTHS OF FINAL RATIFICATION.
