Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 000-000-0000 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This 3-story, interior corridor hotel (with ground level rooms also having exterior doors as well as interior doors) was originally constructed in 1982. The hotel will require varying degrees of renovation to all areas of the hotel; guest room areas, commercial areas and the exterior. More specifically, the guest rooms will require the installation of the Standardized Room Decor Package, while 2/3's of the guest bathrooms will vanity/sink/hardware replacement. The commercial areas will require a complete renovation of the restaurant and lounge. The exterior will require roofline enhancements, new stucco finishes and replacement of the guestroom storefronts with a new insulated synthetic stucco wall system and new windows. Submit all plans, specifications and color boards to Bass Hotels & Resorts for review and approval, prior to purchasing or renovation. Any items not submitted for approval may be required to be replaced or modified. Professional Architectural and design assistance is required. Franchisee to ensure all areas of the hotel are in complete compliance with local codes and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). An ADA certification letter is required to be submitted during the design review and prior to final sign off of the PIP. Owner is required to repair or replace all items and finishes in the hotel that may be damaged during the course of the renovation. Ensure all areas of the hotel are in new condition upon completion of the PIP. During the Property Improvement process, signage from the Holiday Inn "Renovation Kit" must be put on display, in a professional manner, throughout appropriate areas of the hotel. You will receive this kit within 90 days from license execution. All areas of the hotel must meet current Holiday Inn standards, including all supplements and addendum's. Limited to no experience required, has no direct reports, responsible for training new Kitchen Attendants, will be assigned kitchen duties with medium to heavy lifting and physical exertion. Third Xxxx - entry level cooking position, participates in the day-to-day production, works the line or station, and does prep work. Reports to First Xxxx and Sous Chef, has no direct reports, and not responsible for training. Limited to no cooking experience required. Layouts Individual design specifications for each of the restaurants and bars that will outline the style, theme, capacity, location and products on offer. It will detail an indicative seating plan and the front of house and back of house layout requirements for the project.

Back of House. Golf Course Maintenance: 2 shirts 1 pair of pants 1 pair of shorts 1 hat Golf Course Mechanic: 2 pairs of coveralls Resort Maintenance: 2 shirts 2 pairs of pants Coveralls will be made available for use during shift (not to be removed from property) Company will also provide one winter jacket for each full time maintenance staff (not to be removed from property) Kitchen: 1 winter coat to kitchen helpers Housekeeping: 2 uniforms, 1 vest or jacket for those who regularly work outside of the hotel, access to rainwear and a parka (not to be removed from the property). The winter and summer coats for porters and kitchen helpers shall not leave company property nor shall the employee smoke while wearing the coats. Communal clothing (outerwear) supplied will be cleaned by the Company. Employees are responsible for cleaning and maintaining in good repair all clothing articles issued to them individually. The Company shall replace any of the above clothing when it is deemed to no longer meet Company standards. Employees will receive new clothing as required or when an employee completes his or her probationary period. All clothing shall be returned to the Company upon termination of employment. Each employee is responsible for the costs incurred should the uniforms not be returned to the Company. Each employee will be asked to sign a clothing inventory tracking sheet upon receipt of inventory and will be notified of this policy.
Back of House. The number of Back of House positions will increase by 38 compared to the number of positions as at 1 November 2019 (being from 92 to 130) as follows: (a) The number of Back of House Commis Chefs will increase by 8 (from 62 to 70) and these positions will be filled from the pool of Cook 4 employees. The Company will maintain the increased number of Commis Chef positions of 70 during the term of this Agreement. (b) The number of Back of House Level 4 positions will increase by 30 (from 30 to 60). The Company will maintain the increased number of Level 4 positions of 60 during the term of this Agreement.
Back of House. Where an employee is required, as a condition of employment, to provide and wear approved safety footwear during the course of the employee’s regular duties the employee will be eligible for an allowance once per fiscal year to help offset the cost of the employee purchasing approved safety footwear. The allowance will be up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
