Application for Infant Care/Child Care Leave must be made at the same time as an Employee applies for Parental Leave or not later than thirty days before the Infant Care/Child Care Leave is to begin. in the application for Infant Care/Child Care Leave an Employee must specify the time at which he/she intends to commence his/her Leave and the time at which he/she intends to resume his/her duties with the Employer. Once Infant Care/Child Care Leave has been granted it shall not be extended. Once infant Care/Child C&e Leave has been granted, it shall not be rescinded except at the discretion of the Director of Education.
