A permanent full-time or part-time Employee granted Pregnancy or adoption Leave and who complies with the requirements of Appendix B shall be compensated in accordance with Appendix B for the two (2) week waiting period for Employment Insurance Benefits. If an eligible Employee holds more than one position with the Employer, such Employee shall only be eligible to collect payments on one position.
