The Employer shall match such contributions, the amount being two (2%) percent of applicable wages. The definition of "applicable wages" for the purposes of determining contributions to the Plan shall be the basic straight time wages for all hours worked including straight time holiday pay and vacation pay. All other payments of any nature are hereby excluded.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked.   • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.
