Casual Hourly Rate. For a Tutor 2, the casual hourly rate will be calculated as follows: 11.6.6.1.1. Hourly rate: annual salary divided by 261 plus 25%, then divided by 7.6 11.6.6.1.2. Casual Hourly Rate. Employees engaged on a Casual Hourly Rate basis receive a 20% loading to compensate them for the casual nature of their employment and will incorporate and replace all other payments, rates and allowances including all paid time off (including Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Public Holidays and RDO’s). Penalty Rates, Superannuation (up to 38 hours per week) and Long Service Leave Contributions (as per legislation) will be paid in addition to the Casual Hourly Rate. Casual Hourly Rate employees will be paid only for hours worked.
Casual Hourly Rate. The CHR for casuals is inclusive of a 25% premium to compensate casual Employees for specific entitlements including annual leave and public holidays. These entitlements are not available to casual Employees. A casual will be engaged to meet any number of shift periods or part shift periods during the course of a week. On any day or shift the minimum period of engagement is 4 hours and the maximum is 12 hours. The ordinary hours shall be deemed to be 8 hours on any day or shift. A casual who works more than the ordinary hours in the daily roster or 38 hours in a weekly period will be paid the appropriate overtime rate, on the base rate only, as outlined for casuals in Clause 6.5 - Casual Hourly Rate. A casual Employee who has been employed for a period of 12 months on a continuous rostered basis, and whose employment will continue beyond the 12 months, may request in writing to have their contract of employment converted to full- time or part-time employment. The Company will consent or refuse the request, in writing, subject to the business need for the employment to continue beyond the 12 months.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the Agreement by the number of direct labor hours (DLH) performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis. The hourly rates shall include wages, indirect costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit. (B) Hourly rate means the rate(s) specified in the Agreement for payment for labor that meets the labor category qualifications of a labor category specified in the Agreement that are performed by the Seller, performed by the subcontractors, or transferred between divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Seller under a common control. (C) Labor hours incurred to perform tasks for which labor qualifications were specified in the Agreement will not be paid to the extent the work is performed by individuals that do not meet the specified qualification. (D) Seller shall substantiate invoices (including any subcontractor hours reimbursed at the hourly rate in the Agreement) by evidence of actual payment and by individual daily job timecards, records that verify the employees meet the qualifications for the labor categories specified in the Agreement, or other substantiation approved by Company. (E) Unless otherwise prescribed in this Agreement, Company may withhold five percent of the amounts due under this paragraph, with the total amount withheld not to exceed $50,000. The amounts withheld shall be retained until the execution and delivery of a release by Xxxxxx as provided below. (F) Unless this Agreement prescribes otherwise, hourly rates shall not be varied by virtue of Seller having performed work on an overtime basis. If overtime rates are provided, the premium portion will be reimbursable only to the extent the overtime is approved by Company.

  • Hourly Rates The following is a list of hourly billable rates that Contractor shall apply for additional services requested of the Contractor.   • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Fast Food Allowance As of 1 March 2024 the Employer shall pay an allowance of $3.20 per hour on all fast food construction, and on refurbishments with a building permit value in excess of $470,000. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. On any Project where the applicable site allowance in Appendix C is higher, then that site allowance will apply.
