CDL Renewal. With respect to a regular driver’s CDL renewal (but not a driver’s initial CDL), the Board will pay the driver the difference between the cost of the CDL renewal and the cost of a normal operator’s license. The Board will also pay the cost of a regular driver’s annual abstract, unless the abstract disqualifies the driver from driving for the Board. Proof of payment shall be submitted to the Treasurer prior to reimbursement.
CDL Renewal. Any bargaining unit employee possessing a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) will be reimbursed for the complete cost of renewal of their license. Any cost incurred of driver re-certification and or any additional certifications mandated by the district, state or federal law, for any employee will be paid for by the district, except for time spent by the employee.
CDL Renewal. The Township will pay the cost of renewal fees for CDLs for all employees required to maintain such licensure as part of their jobs. The benefit extends to renewal application fees only. EXHIBIT B - PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS
CDL Renewal. SECTION 1. The Company will pay the fee for renewal of Commercial Driver’s License for all employees with one or more years of seniority who are required to have a Commercial Driver’s license.
CDL Renewal. Employees will be allowed City time to renew their CDL license and or related endorsements and will be reimbursed for such renewal fees which will include the HAZMAT background screening fee.
CDL Renewal. The NFTA will pay for the cost of CDL renewal for all full-time Bus and Rail Supervisors and Controllers, who are required to possess a commercial driver’s license.
