Child Bearing Support Leave. Each employee shall be granted a one (1) day child bearing support leave of absence with pay which shall be taken within seven (7) calendar days following the birth of the child. Said employee shall also be entitled to an additional seven (7) calendar days off, without pay, if so desired. Child bearing support leave shall be in addition to any parental leave the employee may be entitled to.

Child Bearing Support Leave. The Employer agrees to grant employees, who will be the parent of the child but are not physically giving birth to the child, up to three (3) days off with pay, to be taken on or after the birth of their child, at the employee's discretion, such days to be deducted from sick leave entitlement.
Child Bearing Support Leave. An employee whose spouse gives birth to a child shall be granted three (3) days off with pay to be taken on the date of birth of the child or within ten (10) days thereafter.
