Client’s Requirements. Client shall, prior to the commencement of Services by Engineer, provide Engineer with Client’s requirements for the Project, including objectives and constraints, design and construction standards, bonding and insurance requirements, and contract forms.
Client’s Requirements. TÜV UK’s certification agreement requires that you comply with the following: a) you always fulfil the certification requirements, including implementing appropriate changes when they are communicated by TÜV UK; b) if the certification applies to ongoing production, the certified product continues to fulfil the product requirements; c) you make all necessary arrangements for: 1) the conduct of the evaluation and surveillance, including provision for examining documentation and records, and access to the relevant equipment, location(s), area(s), personnel, and your subcontractors; 2) investigation of complaints; 3) the participation of observers, if applicable; d) you make claims regarding certification consistent with the scope of certification; e) you do not use its product certification in such a manner as to bring TÜV UK into disrepute and do not make any statement regarding your product certification that TÜV UK may consider misleading or unauthorised; f) upon suspension, withdrawal, or termination of certification, you discontinue the use of all advertising matter that contains any reference thereto and take action as required by the certification scheme (e.g. the return of certification documents) and takes any other required measure; g) if you provide copies of the certification documents to others, the documents shall be reproduced in their entirety or as specified in this certification scheme; h) in making reference to your product certification in communication media such as documents, brochures or advertising, you comply with the requirements of TÜV UK or as specified by this certification scheme; i) you comply with any requirements that may be prescribed in this certification scheme relating to the use of marks of conformity, and on information related to the product; j) you keep a record of all complaints made known you relating to compliance with certification requirements and makes these records available to TÜV UK when requested, and: 1) takes appropriate action with respect to such complaints and any deficiencies found in products that affect compliance with the requirements for certification; 2) documents the actions taken; k) you inform TÜV UK, without delay, of changes that may affect your ability to conform with the certification requirements.

Client’s Requirements. The Contractor declares that it will fulfil all of the obligations arising from the Client’s requirements as the contracting authority in the Contract Award Procedure, set out in Annex 7 to the Tender Documentation for the Contract Award Procedure, which forms Annex No. 2 to this Contract. Client shall consult with Stolfus on a regular basis concerning the timeliness, cost and adequacy of services during the phases of scheduled work and the work progress dates and promptly furnish to Stolfus written notice of any noncompliance therewith. Client agrees to properly and adequately scope, insure and allocate risk on each Project.

  • Access Requirements You will be responsible for providing the System to enable you to use an Electronic Service.

  • Customer Requirements Customer will be required to maintain complex passwords for their User accounts where applicable. For any such passwords LightEdge will provide a secure URL that any User can access to change passwords. All User passwords are set to a ninety (90) day password expiration schedule by default. LightEdge is not responsible for unexpected use of Services whether by ex-employees, compromised User passwords or any other misuse of Customer accounts. Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by such unexpected use of Service. Customer shall be fully responsible for providing to LightEdge at Customer’s own expense and in a timely manner the following: - All security for its Services and systems used or accessible in connection with Service; - Cooperative testing of all Customer-provided hardware, software, and Services for compatibility with Service; - Designating an Authorized Contact(s) to be the point of contact to interface with LightEdge Technical Support; - All cabling necessary to support Service; and - Physical and remote management access to any and all Servers onto which Service is installed.

  • Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract. b. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the CONTRACTOR'S employees or agents are experienced and fully qualified to engage in the activities and perform the services required under this Contract, and that all applicable licensing and operating requirements imposed or required under federal, state, or county law, and all applicable accreditation and other standards of quality generally accepted in the field of the activities of such employees and agents are complied with and satisfied.

  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

  • E-Verify Requirements To the extent applicable under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 41- 4401, the Contractor and its subcontractors warrant compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to their employees and their compliance with the E-verify requirements under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 23-214(A). Contractor’s or its subcontractor’s failure to comply with such warranty shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of this Agreement by the City.

  • Safety Requirements Prior to setting sail the Operator of the Sector 43 Vessel shall detail and identify any vessel safety operating procedures and 44 other important information to the assigned ASM. The Sector Member 45 acknowledges that an ASM must complete a pre‐trip vessel safety checklist 46 as provided by NMFS prior to leaving port. An ASM cannot be deployed on 1 a vessel that has failed to review the safety issues, and such vessel is 2 prohibited from leaving port without the ASM on board (unless a waiver is 3 granted). For the safety of the vessels captain, crew and the ASM; the ASM 4 will not be allowed on deck any time that gear is being deployed. 5 6 The Sector and its Members note that each ASM must be provided with all 7 the equipment specified by the NEFOP.   • Basic Requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program, all of the following basic requirements must be met, as well as any applicable additional requirements: • The primary address for your PayPal account must be in the United States. • The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped, except for items subject to the Intangible Goods Additional Requirements. Transactions involving items that you deliver in person in connection with payment made in your physical store, may also be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program so long as the buyer paid for the transaction in person by using a PayPal goods and services QR code. • You must ship the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details page in your PayPal account for the transaction. If you originally ship the item to the recipient’s shipping address on the Transaction Details page but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program.   • Contractor Requirements The Firm shall be construed, during the entire term of this contract, to be an independent contractor. Nothing in this contract is intended to nor shall be construed to create an employer- employee relationship, or a joint venture relationship. The Firm represents that it is qualified to perform the duties to be performed under this contract and that it has, or will secure, if needed, at its own expense, applicable personnel who are qualified to perform the duties required under this contract. Such personnel shall not be deemed in any way, directly or indirectly, expressly or by implication, to be employees of the District. Any person assigned by the firm to perform the services hereunder shall be the employee or a subcontractor of the Firm, who shall have the sole right to hire and discharge its employee or subcontractors. The Firm or its subcontractors shall pay, when due, all salaries and wages of their employees and accepts exclusive responsibility for the payment of federal income tax, social security, unemployment compensation and any other withholdings that may be required. Neither the Firm, its subcontractors nor their employees are entitled to state retirement or leave benefits. It is further understood that the consideration expressed herein constitutes full and complete compensation for all services and performance hereunder, and that any sum due and payable to the Firm shall be paid as a gross sum with no withholdings or deductions being made by the District for any purpose from said contract sum, except as permitted in paragraphs 16, 17 and 18.

  • Subcontractor Requirements The Supplier must ensure that any subcontract entered into for the purpose of this Agreement contains an equivalent clause granting the rights specified in this clause.

  • Compliance with Safeguarding Customer Information Requirements The Servicer has implemented and will maintain security measures designed to meet the objectives of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information published in final form on February 1, 2001, 66 Fed. Reg. 8616, and the rules promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time (the “Guidelines”). The Servicer shall promptly provide the Seller information regarding the implementation of such security measures upon the reasonable request of the Seller.
