Change of Schedules. Notice of change of starting time shall be given as much in advance as possible, but not later than 1:00 p.m. of the day prior to the day of the change. If such notice is not given, the employee shall be credited with all hours originally scheduled. If the schedule is changed on the employee’s day off the Company will be responsible to notify the employee personally of such change.

From time to time during the period of this Agreement, the Manager of DISTRICT may change the existing routes and schedules and time of collection and HAULER shall thereupon maintain such new schedule. The Manager of DISTRICT shall have the right at all times during the term of this Agreement to require HAULER to maintain routes, schedules and times for collection of Solid Waste as required by said Manager. All notices required to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be given by XXXXXX at its own expense.

As well, such changes and any scheduled overtime will be posted in notice form on the same bulletin boards as the work schedules. Prior to going on leave of five (5) days or more, upon the request of the employee, shall be given in writing a pre- arranged time to report back. This time, however, may be re- scheduled later but not earlier than the time. It is the responsibility of an employee to report to the Supervisor in charge of scheduling, advising when will be available for duty following absence due to illness or physical injury. It is the Company's responsibility to then or subsequently inform the employee of any change in schedule. Overtime Computation Overtime shall be paid for all time worked in excess of the normal daily hours in any one (1) day in the following manner.

Should it be necessary for the Employer to establish work schedules and hours departing from the normal work schedule for a period in excess of seven (7) work days, the Union will be notified no less than ten (10) work days in advance. During this ten (10) work day period, the Employer will meet and confer with the Union, if the Union so requests, to discuss ways and means to minimize the impact of such change on the employees pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 (Labor-Management Committee) of this Agreement.
Change of Schedules. Section 5.1 A regular schedule of hours and days of work for all employees shall be established. Changes in schedules and hours shall be administered by initially seeking volunteers within the affected classifications

If such notice is not given, all hours from the originally scheduled start time or the actual start time, whichever is earliest, to the originally scheduled finish time or the actual finish time, whichever is latest shall be calculated and the resulting total hours in excess of eight (8) hours shall be paid at the basic rate. If any employee actually works more than eight (8) hours then the hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours shall also be considered as a shift extension. If the schedule is changed, the Company will be responsible to notify the employee directly of such change.
Change of Schedules. (III-H). Replace current paragraph. New paragraph provides for increase the notice period to one month for a full-time employee whose shift schedule is being indefinitely altered by one hour or more. (Currently 14 days). {see language attached}
