Compensation Determination. In determining compensation amounts awarded, the Compensation Committee focused primarily on both revenue and EBITDA growth during fiscal year 2008 in addition to adjusting base salaries as deemed appropriate.

Compensation Determination. If used, the Design Engineering Basic Services Fee shall be determined as follows: a. For a Project whose construction cost the Engineer believes will be more than $100,000, the City shall pay the Engineer a percentage of the Construction Cost of the Project as determined from the table below.
