Compensation for Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees who are employed during the month in which the personal holiday is taken will be compensated for the personal holiday in an amount proportionate to the time in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

Compensation for Part-Time Employees. Compensation for part-time employees will be made on the basis of the hourly rate and grade for the position title.
Compensation for Part-Time Employees. Part-Time Employees are entitled to compensation for statutory holidays, either in time in lieu or pay, on a proportionate basis to time worked. A Part-Time Employee shall have their statutory holidays scheduled at a time mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee, or pay at the request of the Employee. If the statutory holidays have not been scheduled or paid out prior to March 31st of each year, any remaining statutory holiday time shall be paid out on March 31st of the fiscal year in which the statutory holidays were earned. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Part-Time Employees may carry over a maximum of eleven and one quarter (11.25) hours of statutory holidays, if requested in writing.
Compensation for Part-Time Employees. A part-time employee who is eligible for Workers Compensation may use accumulated sick leave to supplement Workers Compensation in order that the employee’s regular take home pay is maintained. The regular take home pay shall be based on the average of the previous eight (8) weeks work prior to becoming eligible for Workers Compensation. If at any time it is decided by the WCB that the “regular salary” paid by the Employer involves a “top- up” and it is decided by the WCB that the additional amount “top-up” must be offset against benefits otherwise payable by the WCB then such additional amount shall not be payable to the employee.
Compensation for Part-Time Employees. Compensation for all part-time employees shall be prorated based upon the extent of full-time equivalency. Part-time employees who work a minimum of one (1) day per week, or thirty-seven (37) days per regular school term, shall advance on the salary schedule for the next school year; however, if a part-time employee becomes full-time, his/her salary schedule placement will be determined based upon full year(s) of employment (or equivalent) by the Board. Part-time employees shall be paid based on the time sheets submitted for days and/or hours worked and paid on the following pay day.

  • Benefits for Part-Time Employees ‌ A part-time employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees ‌ (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. (b) A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee, and who is required to work other than their regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to and including the normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee. (c) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (a) and (b) above.

  • Part-Time Employees Employees who are scheduled to work less than forty (40) hours per workweek.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.

  • Compensation for Overtime Assigned overtime is designated as those hours over the regular hours of work which are requested of the employee by management. Assigned overtime worked shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2).
