CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. Australian International College is responsible for compliance with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework with includes the Standards for Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) 2015, for the quality and standards of the training and assessment services it provides for the range of VET courses under its current scope of operation and for the issuance of AQF certification documentation.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. 1.1 To enrol in Presentation College Windsor, the student has to achieve a required level of English proficiency (see International Student Enrolment and Transfer Policy) and provide clear evidence: ELICOS, TOEIC, TOEFL Certificates, or ISPLR Results Report and / or the last report from an accredited Australian language school. The student will be required to complete the recommended number of weeks of English Language instruction if necessary as arranged by PCW in conjunction with Hawthorn Language Centre. 1.2 As a condition of enrolment, the student agrees to abide by all school policies for the duration of her enrolment and to disclose any medical or health conditions that may affect the student’s welfare. 1.3 The student or the Parent/Guardian will pay to Presentation College Windsor (PCW) the fees and charges for tuition and for the supply of goods and services to the student, as determined by the College. 1.4 All fees and charges as per 2.2 must be paid as a condition of entry. 1.5 Any variation of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement must be in writing and signed by the Principal or her authorised delegate. 1.6 The student will be required to complete the recommended number of weeks of English Language instruction if necessary as arranged by PCW. 1.7 The student will be required to accept and comply with, all the rules and regulations as outlined in the Student Diary and the Year Level Handbooks distributed each year and with all the Policies and Procedures as supplied to the student at the time of enrolment, including: • International Students Entry, Homestay and Transfer Policy • International Students Complaints and Appeals Policy • Student Wellbeing Policy • Student Behaviour Policy • International Students Fees and Refund Policy • Curriculum Policy 1.8 The student will be required to accept to study diligently and to cooperate with fellow students, the teachers and the homestay family at all times. 1.9 The student must live in appropriate Homestay arrangement approved by the College and comply with the regulations outlined in the Application for Homestay. 1.10 At least one term’s or 3 months’ notice must be given in writing to the Principal by the parent/guardian if the student is to be withdrawn. In this instance, one full term’s fees will be retained and the balance of fees refunded. CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. 2.1. The Student agrees and acknowledges that by completing and submitting the Registration Form the Student has agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions also include the Registration Form, the Policies and Procedures, Video and Photograph Consent Form and the Privacy Policy (collectively the Agreement). 2.2. Upon enrolment, the Student has agreed to pay the Fees as set out in the Class Fee Schedule. 2.3. The Student must read, acknowledge and abide by the Policies and Procedures. 2.4. The Student must be medically fit to attend or participate in the classes. It is the responsibility of the Student to notify The Dance Company if they are ill or injured. The Dance Company may deem (at its sole discretion) that a Student is not medically fit to attend or participate in the classes. If requested, the Student must provide sufficient medical information to The Dance Company to satisfy Us that the Student is medically fit to participate in the classes. The Dance Company is not able to provide advice concerning medical fitness to attend or participate in the classes and that it the Student’s responsibility to seek medical advice in this regard. 2.5. The Student must complete a Video and Photograph Consent Form upon enrolment. 2.6. The Dance Company, at is absolute discretion, will allocate the Student to the most suitable classes, taking into account their age, past experience, dance ability, potential/talent, maturity, knowledge, behaviour, commitment and goals. 2.7. The minimum enrolment period is one term. For new students joining after the start of a term, Fees will be charged pro-rata. The term dates are available on the Website (as updated from time to time). 2.8. Registration is subject to the availability and applicable pricing at the time of registration. Where a class is full, the Student may be placed onto the waiting list. 2.9. The Dance Company reserves the right to cancel or change classes at any time.
CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. 4.1 Your attendance on a course and access to facilities is subject to you complying with the terms of the Contract, enrolling with the University and satisfying the University of your Identity in accordance with the Enrolment and Registration Policy. 4.2 Your continued enrolment depends on you meeting the academic requirements of your course in accordance with the terms of the Contract, including attendance at lectures, seminars and any other such learning opportunities provided by the University or the Partner, the timely completion of assessment and, where required, attendance at formal examinations. 4.3 By enrolling on your course, you agree to declare any criminal offences convictions confirmed whilst you are enrolled, noting that convictions may prevent you from continuing with your studies. Details of convictions should be notified to the University via xxx@xxxx.xx.xx.

Details of convictions should be notified to the University via xxx@xxxx.xx.xx. 4.4 The University’s Student Charter explains what students can expect of the University and the behaviours that the University can expect of students. By enrolling with the University you commit to meet the expectations described in the Student Charter.

Payments are made by installments for each 10-week period of study. Each installment payment is due no later than the Friday prior to the start of each 10-week block. 2. The payment of fees schedule is outlined on your Letter of Offer. 3. From 1st January 2015, all students enrolling or re-enrolling in nationally recognized training require a Unique Student Identifier (USI). You can get your USI online at no cost to you by going to the website xxx.xxx.xxx.xx. Australian International College requires your USI when you enroll. If you need help with getting your USI, please ask Student Services. Qualifications cannot be issues unless you have provided your USI. 4. Australian International College does not accept students under 18 years. 5. It is the student’s obligation to notify Australian International College of change of address and/ or contact details including email address and telephone number within 7 days of change. This is a requirement so that students may be contacted about matters related to their course of enrolment. 6. Once you have commenced their initial course they may incur an admission fee if they wish to make changes to their course structure, change of class time (if applicable) or change of course. 7. If you cannot attend classes regularly because of compelling circumstances, including health or compassionate grounds supported by independent evidence such as medical certificates, Australian International College may temporarily suspend the student’s course until you can recommence their fulltime studies. 8. You agree to the use of your name and/or image for possible use in education-related marketing and promotional materials. 9. You agree to take care of your own belongings at all times and will not hold Australian International College responsible for any loss, accident or damage. 10.
