CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. Australian International College is responsible for compliance with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework with includes the Standards for Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) 2015, for the quality and standards of the training and assessment services it provides for the range of VET courses under its current scope of operation and for the issuance of AQF certification documentation.
CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. School Rules Parents agree to be bound by the current and future policies of the College and undertake to ensure that their child will be bound by those rules. A copy of the relevant policy is available upon request. All students are expected to wear the correct school uniform and to maintain it in a neat and tidy manner at all times. In public at all times, students are to behave in such a way as to uphold the good name of the College. The continued enrolment of all students of Good Shepherd Lutheran College will depend on compliance with all the terms and conditions as detailed in the Enrolment Agreement and Enrolment Policy (This includes but is not to be limited to, the payment of fees in a timely manner, full disclosure of infectious diseases or disabilities)
CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. 1.1 To enrol in Presentation College Windsor, the student has to achieve a required level of English proficiency (see International Student Enrolment and Transfer Policy) and provide clear evidence: ELICOS, TOEIC, TOEFL Certificates, or ISPLR Results Report and / or the last report from an accredited Australian language school. The student will be required to complete the recommended number of weeks of English Language instruction if necessary as arranged by PCW in conjunction with Hawthorn Language Centre.
CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. 4.1 Your attendance on a course and access to facilities is subject to you complying with the terms of the Contract, enrolling with the University and satisfying the University of your Identity in accordance with the Enrolment and Registration Policy.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. (Part 1) ATTENDANCE DUES Having applied for enrolment at St John's College (School) for (Student’s Name) I/we will pay Attendance Dues as determined from time to time by the Proprietor and approved by the Minister of Education. I/we understand that payment of Dues will be invoiced at the commencement of each school year and is payable before the end of Term one of that year or before completion of one full term in attendance unless alternative payment arrangements have been made with the proprietor or his agent. I/we authorise the Proprietor to collect, retain and use any information for the purpose of assessing my/our credit worthiness and enforcing any rights under this contract. I/we understand that the abovenamed student may be suspended if there is any default in payment of invoiced Dues. I/we understand that I/we will be liable for any costs, disbursements and legal fees in the event that we default on payment of Dues. I/we declare that I/we have no outstanding debt at any other Catholic Integrated school. The accepted form of payment is by one single payment when invoiced at the beginning of each school year. CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. This fee schedule may be reviewed from time to time. At least two week’s notice of any changes will be given. The centre reserves the right to add, amend, delete or clarify conditions or policies by issuing newsletter, notices or posting notification on the centre notice boards. t Privacy Act The information requested in this enrolment application form is needed by the centre to comply with statutory requirements. We are obliged by regulation to keep these records for at least 7 years. In the unlikely event that it is necessary to refer your account to a debt collection agency, information supplied by you will be made available to the debt collection agency.
CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT. The conditions of enrolment in this Enrolment Contract are to be agreed to by parents or guardians when they accept an offer of a place for their daughter at St Rita’s College Ltd, ABN 61 054 678 349 (“the College”).
