Contents and structure. 7.1 Practical vocational training is part of any vocational training as set out in the WEB. The practical vocational training takes place on the basis of a practical training agreement at a training company recognised by the SBB. The practical training agreement sets out the arrangements agreed regarding the practical vocational training, allowing the student to gain the knowledge and experience necessary for the qualification/electives. The activities performed by the student in the context of the practical training agreement have an educational goal.
7.2 The basis for practical vocational training are the educational and training goals as described in the course guide. The practical vocational training takes place in accordance with a substantive practical vocational training plan which is included in the course guide or which is referred to in the course guide. It must be clear to the training company which part of the qualification the student is to attain during his/her PVT. The course guide may be downloaded at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xx/studiegidsen.
7.3 Electives are an inseparable part of the course on the basis of the revised qualification files. Taking electives and completing these with an exam is a mandatory element of the course. At the start of or during the course, the student selects electives. This is recorded in the education agreement. The student may choose an elective to be completed through the practical vocation training. In such a case, this will be recorded on the PVT sheet which is an inseparable part of this practical training agreement. Multiple electives may be followed at a single training company, which may or may not supplement the ongoing practical training agreement.
Contents and structure. 4.1 Practical training (BPV) is an integral part of every vocational education program as defined in the Vocational Education and Training Act. The practical training takes place at an SBB-certified training company based on a practical agreement. The practical training takes place at a training company certified by the Collaboration Organization for Vocational Education and Business (SBB) based on a practical agreement. In the practical agreement, arrangements for the BPV are recorded so that the student is able to acquire the required knowledge and experience for the qualification or choice module.
4.2 The foundation of the BPV is the educational and training objectives set out in the educational and examination regulations (OER) of the program. The BPV is based on a content plan for practical training, which is included in the OER or referenced therein.
4.3 The program based on the revised qualification dossiers includes choice modules, which are an integral part of the program. The student chooses choice modules at the start of or during the program, and this is recorded in a visible place for the student. The student may choose a choice module that is completed during the BPV, in which case this is registered on the BPV sheet.
Contents and structure. 1. The practical training of the student comes under the education and training objectives (ETO) of the training course and thus under the responsibility of Nova College.
2. The ETO of the training course is the basis of the practical training and is laid down in the associated Education and Examination Regulations (EES). The EES forms part of the EGL and may be consulted on Nova Portal.
3. The EES/EGL or the PT Manual describe what is done during the practical training.
4. The WEB and more specifically the EES/EGL describe how many hours of practical training the student should perform. Students who follow a day- release training course, must attend at least 610 hours of professional practical training per academic year. This is laid down for vocational training in the ETO.
Contents and structure. 4.1 Practical training forms part of every course leading to a professional certificate as referred to in the Adult and Vocational Education Act. The practical training takes place at a work placement company recognised by the SBB on the basis of a practical training contract. Arrangements regarding the practical training are recorded in the practical training contract in order to enable the student to gain the knowledge and experience required for the qualification/the optional part. The activities conducted by the student in the context of the practical training contract have a learning function.
4.2 The starting point of the practical training is the educational and vocational objectives applicable to the course as described in the study manual and the education and exam regulations included therein. The basis of the practical training is a substantive plan for the practical training, which is recorded in the study manual and the education and exam regulations included therein. It should be clear to the work placement company which part of the qualification the students have to achieve during their practical training. The study manual and the education and exam regulations included therein can be found on the website of Albeda.
4.3 The optional parts form an integral part of the course on the basis of the revised qualification files. The student can choose an optional part to be further detailed in the practical training. In that case this will be recorded in the practical training leaflet, which forms an integral part of this practical training contract. Several optional parts can be attended at one work placement company.

Once such choice is accom- plished, a user contacts a specific service provider. The SLA co-signed state determines that both entities agree on the actual contractual contents, then the service provisioning can begin. The SLA has a validity time, that can be either explicitly expressed with start and end dates, or an initial date together with a time interval can be included in the document. Such validity time begins after the contract is hardly or digitally co-signed by both parties in the SLA Ex- ecution state. During its life cycle, an SLA can be subject to a revision to resolve some change requests instantiated by either party. The revision phase can provide solutions to such requests in order to continue the service provisioning and the contract validity. In case a solution is not met by the parties the service provisioning and the SLA validity are dismissed. In an SLA regulating cloud services the duties and responsibilities of both parties are described, to- gether with the possible presence and operations of a third party. The main contents of an SLA con- cern definitions and descriptions of the service, some rules and regulations about its delivering, some per- formance measures together with possible tolerance intervals about the levels of the services to guarantee, and the pricing and penalties measures in case such tolerances are not respected. For sake of monitoring and user satisfaction purposes, it is good practice to provide service levels that can be audited, m...
