CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING. The key performance indicators for this contract will include as a minimum;  Open mindedness to innovation and improvement, responsive to programme evaluation and changing needs of the NHS.  Producing trainees with the academic rigour needed to complement their workplace experience in producing competent managers with the potential to become leaders of the future.  Satisfactory recognition of the diverse composition of the trainees and family commitments in line with NHS philosophy of improving working lives.  Satisfactory feedback at national contract review meetings.  Sustained consideration into delivery over a wide geographical spread.  Satisfactory evaluation of trainees in all aspects of delivery- responsiveness to queries, request for additional help and regular feedback on performance.  Satisfactory marks/levels of achievement by trainees in each subject area of the formal qualification and core learning.  Satisfactory feedback and reviews from key stakeholders including trainees, line manager, local schemes staff and patient and public involvement groups.  Efficient and effective administration of the study programme and delivery of action learning sets and core learning.  Commitment to work with the NHS Institute and other suppliers on a national, coordinated dates and communication plan for all trainees.  Timely notification of the progress of all trainees to the Graduate Management Training Scheme.

The Contractor shall: · monitor the quality of the service provision to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the key performance indicators, unless otherwise approved by the Project Manager; · Provide a report on progress to the DH Project Manager on a regular basis; · Attend meeting on site to review progress and discuss the service, as required by the DH Project Manager.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING. The IAPT PbR Project Manager will progress the changes in terms of time. Clinical services will notify the Project manager when the changes have been released in their systems and that they have tested them and are satisfied they work, after that the Project Manager will authorise payment.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING. 4.1 The Provider will have two points of contact with the Commissioner – a designated Senior Probation Officer for operational issues and the Business Development Unit for other issues (please refer to Schedule 3). 4.2 The Provider will provide a named Contract Manager who will be a point of contact for any performance or contractual issues that arise. 4.3 The Provider will meet with representatives from Nottinghamshire Probation Trust to review performance on a quarterly basis. 4.4 The Provider will provide monthly management performance information using in a format to be agreed, but which is likely to include: ▪ New referrals received (by type) ▪ Caseload (number of survivors in contact with, by type) ▪ Caseload (number of offenders, by type) ▪ Contacts (with survivors - number of letters, telephone calls, meetings) ▪ Survivors’ and Children’s Safety factors ▪ Number of cases closed ▪ Number of cases referred on or sign posted to other services. 4.5 The monitoring information specified at Appendix 3, must be sent to the two points of contact identified above by the end of the following month (i.e. November 2013 data by 31st December 2013). Failure to meet these deadlines may delay payment. 4.6 Qualitative information in the form of two – three recent summarised case studies should be made available in advance of the quarterly Contract Review Meetings. 4.7 The Contractor will conduct an annual survey of survivors and other relevant stakeholders (including a sample of Probation Programmes tutors and Offender Managers). 4.8 The Commissioner will work towards making a database available in Probation Offices for the Contractor to input to. Until this is available, the Contractor will continue to collect the following data and to keep it securely (using the forms provided in the Women’s Safety Worker Manual (or local versions of these): ▪ Summary of work undertaken ▪ Contact details ▪ Contact record (a factual account of all contact made with the survivor or other parties – dated and signed). ▪ Referral form and related information ▪ Programme Assessment forms ▪ All correspondence (including printed copies of e-mails). ▪ Any incident forms received or generated by the Safety Workers. 4.9 The information specified above must be kept up to date at all times.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING. The Project Manager within BIS will be Xxxxx Xxxxxx. A small team within BIS will use the monthly regional reports to produce a monthly submission to Ministers. The reports themselves are likely to be circulated across Whitehall and the survey results made publicly available by being published on BIS’s website. BIS reserves the right to publish any data\findings produced by this contract in any publication it deems fit. The contractor should nominate a Contract Manager to oversee the work and liaise with / report to BIS’s Project Manager. This will include weekly verbal progress updates and indications in writing, of any delays to the proposed timetable. The Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring quality across all aspects of the programme. If the two components are undertaken by separate businesses a Contract Manager should be nominated from each component. These two Contract Managers should liaise closely with each other and provide a joint weekly update of progress. The programme of work will be overseen by an advisory committee made up primarily of BIS analysts and policy makers. The contractors’ research teams, including the project leader, will attend meetings of the Steering Committee as required. The Steering Committee will meet in London to review progress at key stages of the project. Tenders should allow for the cost of attending four meetings to be held at BIS, 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx. We require a high level of accuracy and rigour to be applied to this piece of work. All outputs are expected to be correct and clearly and unambiguously presented. BIS has internal quality control procedures for ensuring that we are fully satisfied with both the survey dataset and the monthly reports. Analysis will be carried out internally on the dataset, including replication of derived variables to ensure that they have been correctly formulated. Quality checks will be carried out on the monthly reports including checking the clarity of the text by multiple readers, checking figures in text and summaries against tables, and spot checking figures from the final report against original tables produced from the dataset. These internal procedures are carried out in order to satisfy BIS of the quality of work, and should not be relied on by the contractor carrying out the survey.
