Cooperation Objectives. 1. Based on the principle of mutual benefit and with a view to further facilitating and promoting trade and investment between them, the two sides agree to enhance the level of economic and trade cooperation, and strengthen economic and technical cooperation in accordance with their respective laws and regulations, policy objectives and resource allocation.
2. The two sides encourage Macao’s participation in the “Belt and Road” Initiative, deepen the cooperation in the development of Macao as a trade and economic cooperation service platform between China and Portuguese-speaking countries (PSCs), support the two places in strengthening sub-regional economic and trade cooperation, further deepen the cooperation in key areas between the Mainland and Macao, promote trade and investment facilitation, and xxxxxx the joint development of the two places.
Cooperation Objectives. 1. The Parties shall cooperate at the governmental level:
a. To develop international railway transport, including multimodal connections;
b. To maintain and develop the railway connections, established between the national railway infrastructures of the Parties and the mutual organizational management of national railway systems;
c. To establish direct economic relations, including the joint use of terminals and warehouses between the national railway companies and other related enterprises on the most preferential terms;
d. To open representations of national railway companies on the territories of the Parties;
e. To exchange information including statistical data.
2. The Parties shall cooperate at the level of competent authorities:
a. To facilitate border crossing operations;
b. To provide energy resources for international railway transport;
c. To work out the agreed methods of cost calculation as a basis of preferential tariffs and common operational rates;
d. To establish a system of liability for infringement of the technological parameters of the transport operations, loading and unloading, return of trains, belonging to national railway companies of the Parties as well as for environmental pollution;
e. To perform obligations on acquisition, repair of trains, containers, equipment and machinery mutually agreed by the national railway companies;
f. To develop training of railway personnel based on international training standards;
g. To render assistance to railway personnel during its stay and when on duty on the territory of another Party, and in case of sudden illness or injury, to render free first medical aid. Responsible bodies according to Article 3 of the Technical Annex on international railway transport are:
1. For the Republic of Armenia - State closed joint stock company "The Railway of the Republic of Armenia".
2. For the Republic of Azerbaijan - Azerbaijan State Railway.
Cooperation Objectives. Through the resource advantages and cooperation consensus between A and B, the following objectives will be achieved:
2.1 Build up the R&D, production, and sales system of interchangeable battery swappable vehicle models to increase the market share of both parties.
2.2 Combine forces to create a more competitive and innovative business model for battery swappable EVs.

Cooperation Objectives. Strengthen comprehensive protection and sustainable use of natural wetlands in Changde, promote comprehensive management of the Lishui River and the Yuan River basins, enhance science popularization education concerning wetlands, improve the public awareness on environmental protection, and achieve harmony between human and water, as well as the sustainable development of river basin ecology, economy and society.
Cooperation Objectives. Both parties give play to their respective advantages in the field of aviation, airport, outdoor media platform, video production and development, new media development and operation, etc., and by complementary advantages, resource sharing, collaborative development, enable Party A to achieve a comprehensive and all-media culture enterprise group and deepening the aviation media service capability of Party B and achieve win-win situation for mutual benefits.
Cooperation Objectives. Both Parties shall fully exert their respective advantages in regions, users, contents and other aspects, establish an in-depth cooperation mechanism and an internal channel for communication, and build an in-depth strategic cooperation model with mutual priority and mutual and win-win benefits in terms of the contents, promotion, traffic, data, technology and internal control, in order to realize joint development and win-win cooperation.
Cooperation Objectives. 1.1 Party A designates Party B as the special financing services consultant. Party B will try its best to assist Party A to reach the financing target as soon as possible.
Cooperation Objectives. 1. The Contracting Parties shall take all necessary measures to jointly exhibit, preserve and restore these works of art.
2. The Contracting Parties shall entrust the implementation of this cultural cooperation project to the Louvre Museum in Paris, in the case of France, and to the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, in the case of the Netherlands. The arrangements for the implementation of the project shall be determined through an agreement between the two museums.
3. The works of art shall be exhibited inseparably and alternately at each of the museums mentioned above, by being presented on a joint and alternating basis.
4. Each Contracting Party shall take the necessary measures, in accordance with the regulations in force, to lend the work of art that it owns to the other Contracting Party for exhibition purposes, as indicated in the present Agreement.
5. The Contracting Parties shall consult each other on those aspects of the cultural cooperation project that have not been set out in the present Agreement.
6. They shall meet at any time at the request of either Party and, in any event, every five years, in order to evaluate the implementation of the present Agreement.
Cooperation Objectives. 3.1 This General Co-operation and Development Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions that will be applicable to the future co-operation between the Parties in the area of internet based technologies and applications, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 When the parties agree to co-operate in the design, programming, development, production, marketing, sales and distribution of specific products and/or services under the general terms of this Agreement, the specific terms and conditions therefor shall be set out in a Specific Co-operation and Development Agreement.
3.3 A Specific Co-operation and Development Agreement and a Purchase Order may include, but not be limited to, the following specific terms and conditions:
a) Detailed description of the targeted Solution and objectives b) Each Party's contribution and responsibility c) Project team members and contact persons d) Time table e) Technical specification and documentation f) Business model g) Fees and other compensation h) Distribution of costs, expenses and revenues i) Support and services j) Marketing and advertising k) Warranties l) Term m) Any other relevant provision
3.4 In case of any discrepancy between this Agreement and a Specific Co-operation and Development Agreement the terms of the latter shall prevail. 5 5(22)
