Salary Schedule Increase. The 2020-2021 Teachers' Salary Schedule shall reflect a three percent (3%) increase over the 2019-2020 Employees' Salary Schedule, effective July 1, 2020. This increase shall apply to all employees employed by the District as of the date of ratification of the Tentative Agreement. Appendix H (Certificated Special Salaries and Stipends, including Hourly, Adult Education) shall be increased by three percent (3%) effective July 1, 2021.
Salary Schedule Increase a. Effective the first working day of any school year in which the state grants a salary increase, the bargaining unit employees will receive a salary increase determined through the collective bargaining process.
Salary Schedule Increase. For the purposes of this Article, “Relevant Property Tax Revenue” refers to the permanent, on- going sources of District property tax revenue, which are: Secure HOPTR, Secure Roll, Unitary and Railroad, Supplemental and Unsecured. “Relevant Property Tax Revenue” excludes revenue from one-time sources such as RDA.
9.1.1.1 For the 2020-2021 fiscal year: an amount equal to a 5% in salary shall be applied to the associate faculty lecture and associate faculty lab salary schedules. Appendices D-1, and D-2, retroactive to July 1, 2020.
9.1.1.2 For the 2021-2022 fiscal year: an amount equal to a 4% in salary shall be applied to the associate faculty lecture and associate faculty lab schedules, Appendices D-1, and D-2.
9.1.1.3 For the 2022-2023 fiscal year: an amount equal to a 3% in salary shall be applied to the associate faculty lecture and associate faculty lab salary schedules, Appendices D-1, and D-2. An automatic increase will be applied to the 2022-2023 fiscal year under the following circumstances: • If the May 2022 year over year Relevant Property Tax Revenue for the District shows an annual increase of at least 4.5%, but less than 5%, faculty will be given a salary increase for 2022-2023 of .5% over the 3.0%, for a total annual raise of 3.5%. • If the May 2022 year over year Relevant Property Tax Revenue for the District shows an annual increase of at least 5.0% but less than 5.5%, faculty will be given a salary increase for 2022-2023 of 1.0% over the 3.0% for a total annual raise of 4.0% • If the May 2022 year over year Relevant Property Tax Revenue for the District shows an annual increase of at least 5.5% but less than 6%, faculty will be given a salary increase for 2022-2023 of 1.5% over the 3.0% for a total annual raise of 4.5%. • If the May 2022 year over year Relevant Property Tax Revenue for the District shows an annual increase of 6 % or above, faculty will be given a salary increase for 2022-2023 of 2.0% over the 3.0% for a total annual raise of 5%.
Salary Schedule Increase. Effective July 1, 2014, the salary schedule for the 2014-2015 year shall be Increased by 5.5 % over the 2013-2014 salary schedule, and is attached to this Agreement as Appendix D2.
Salary Schedule Increase. Effective January 9, 2016, the Salary Schedule shall be increased by 4% over the 2015 salary schedule. This increase is contingent upon the pension cost sharing agreement set forth in Article 11. (See Appendix A – 2016 Salary Schedule.)
Salary Schedule Increase. For each year of the agreement beginning September 1, 2015 the wage rates established in Appendix A shall be increased by the statewide percentage increase identified in the state appropriations act for employee cost-of-living adjustments, plus the percentage increase generated for that year pursuant to Section V.3 (c) of the Tukwila Education Association agreement, as that increase relates to annualized total salary
Salary Schedule Increase. Effective the first full pay period in January 2021, base salary schedules for bargaining unit job classifications shall be increased by 3.0%.
Salary Schedule Increase. Due to the State of California fiscal emergency and associated budget projections the District salary schedule will not be increased by a general adjustment (COLA type adjustment) in this contract year. In the event that the District receives an increased funded state COLA and/or growth allocation totaling more than three percent (3%) that is not deficited, the parties agree to a limited re-opener which is limited in both scope and process. The re-opener would be limited to the issue of wages only. The parties further agree that the dispute resolution process shall be mediation only. The District agrees that any confidential "mediated" settlement proposal shall be shared with the Board prior to the completion of the process. Changes to salary for the 2008-2009 fiscal year, if any, shall be implemented by mutual agreement of the parties only.
Salary Schedule Increase. The 2023-2024 salary schedules shall be increased by five point sixty-five percent (5.65%) effective July 1, 2023 using a pilot program Fair Share Formula. Under the “me too” section in 18.1.2 above, should APT negotiate an increase greater than 6.67% for 2023-2024, then CSEA shall receive the difference between this increase and 6.67%. Should APT negotiate an increase equal to or less than 6.67%, then CSEA shall receive 5.65% based on the Fair Share Formula. See Exhibit B Salary Schedules.
Salary Schedule Increase. 21.1.1 Unit members contracting to work less than the ordinary number of workdays in a contract year (See Article 10.3) shall receive regular per diem rate on a pro-rated yearly basis.
21.1.2 Unit members covered by the salary schedule attached as Appendix A-1 and A-1a include the following job positions: Special Education, Alternative Education Court and Community Schools, Monterey County Home Charter School and Migrant Education Program Specialist and Migrant Resource Teacher. (See Appendix A-1 and A-1a for Masters Stipend/Doctorate Stipend)
21.1.3 Community School Independent Study unit members shall be covered by the salary schedule attached as Appendix A-1.
21.1.4 Head Start Unit Members shall be covered by the salary schedule attached as Appendix A-2 and A-2a (requirements for the Head Start teachers)
21.1.5 Migrant ECE Master Teacher and ECE Teacher shall be covered by the salary schedule attached as Appendix A-3.
21.1.6 Long-term substitutes who are retirees from MCOE (excluding Migrant ECE Master Teacher, Migrant ECE Teacher, Head Start, Monterey County Home Charter School) shall be paid on a per-day basis (See Appendix A- 4). This rate shall be increased by the same percentage as unit members paid on the salary schedule. Such increases shall be effective upon the first day of the month following the date of ratification of the salary schedule increase. (See Appendix A-4)
