Curriculum Development and Approval. WPCS will review curriculum and curriculum development on an ongoing basis, directed by the Administrator with the approval of the Board of Directors. The efficacy of curriculum will be assessed in light of standardized test performance. Prior to opening the STEM Academy, WPCS will enlist staff and third parties to aid in the purchase and/or development of project- and mastery-based curriculum for upper grades. WPCS will start with the State content standards to outline the content for each course and grade level. WPCS will then purchase/acquire and/or compile curated content resources that align with state content standards, including standard textbooks and treatises; available digital content from reputable curriculum publishers; and open source, digital educational content from reputable organizations and sources, like the The University of Idaho Doceo Center for Innovation + Learning (UIDC), XX-00.xxx, OpenStax CNS (Rice Univeristy), Khan Academy, SAS Curriculum Pathways, PhET Science Simulations (University of Colorado Boulder), CourseRA, MIT Open Courseware, and others. WPCS will also adopt a slate of research-based competencies (e.g., skills) and rubrics on which to assess students in the STEM Academy. Curriculum Development and Approval. Initially TCPCS will contract curriculum. Curriculum will be aligned to the Standards of the State. Curriculum development will be an ongoing process directed by the Administrator with the approval of the Board of Directors. The curriculum will be implemented and evaluated through the observation of highly qualified teaching professionals, with the support of the Administrator to include written future goals.
Curriculum Development and Approval. With the ultimate approval of the Board of Directors, curriculum development will be led by the Director and the Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Coordinator. Initial development of each grade of Shoshoni language curriculum and curricular materials will be, at minimum a seven year project with one year of curriculum and curricular materials developed each year. TVCS follows the Idaho State Standards regarding HIV/AIDS education and family life/sex education. Parents are given notice prior to instruction, with the option to preview curriculum, have their child opt-out of instruction and/or attend with their child. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, there has not been any violation of law or regulation by the Company in its respective product development efforts, submissions or reports to any regulatory authority that could reasonably be expected to require investigation, corrective action or enforcement action.
