Daily Living. Each child in placement will be treated as a member of the family. Each child in placement will be treated with respect and dignity. Xxxxxx parents will provide structure and daily activities designed to promote the physical, social, intellectual, religious/spiritual, and emotional development of the children placed in the home. Toys and games shall be available in the xxxxxx home, including recreational and educational materials, and books appropriate to the age and development level of the children placed in the home. Each child in placement will share in the privileges and responsibilities of the home as appropriate to the child’s age and abilities. The following are requirements for xxxxxx parents caring for infants: 1. Each infant must be held during bottle-feeding until safely able to hold his/her own bottle 2. No infant placed in a high chair will be left unsupervised. An appropriate safety belt shall be placed around the child to prevent him/her from sliding down the high chair 3. Each infant must be held, rocked, cuddled and played with during each day of care 4. Infants’ attempts to communicate must be responded to 5. Infants need large muscle activity in order to develop properly, unless not medically recommended. Infants learn by exploring their environment 6. A non-crawling infant will spend part of each day outside the crib and playpen. 7. A crawling infant will have freedom to explore outside the crib or playpen. A crib or playpen shall be used only for sleeping or for short periods when needed for safety. During the infant’s waking hours, a playpen shall be placed where the infant can see others. The following are requirements for xxxxxx parents caring for toddlers, preschoolers and children: 1. Each child shall be allowed as much independence as he/she can safely handle 2. Each child shall be provided with limits consistent with his/her age of understanding 3. Each child shall be encouraged to communicate verbally 4. Each child shall be given physical signs of affection as appropriate for age and maturity 5. Each child shall be provided with materials and equipment that will enhance his/her physical, mental, and emotional development 6.   • Underutilization Underutilization of Interconnection Trunks and facilities exists when provisioned capacity of trunks in service for more than six (6) months is greater than the current need. This over-provisioning is an inefficient deployment and use of network resources and results in unnecessary costs. If an ASR is not issued, CLEC will issue a TGSR. AT&T- 21STATE will issue an ASR within three (3) business days after receipt and review of the TGSR. 4.6.3.1.3 If an alternate final Local Only Trunk Group or Local Interconnection Trunk Group is at seventy-five percent (75%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC for the final trunk group and all subtending high usage trunk groups that are contributing any amount of overflow to the alternate final route. 4.6.3.1.4 If a direct final Meet Point Trunk Group is at seventy-five percent (75%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC. If a direct final Third Party Trunk Group is at ninety percent (90%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC.

  • Mileage Reimbursement Subject to the current Vehicle Rules and Regulations established by the Board, an employee who is authorized to use a private automobile in the performance of duties shall be paid the Internal Revenue Service Standard Mileage Rate for the Business Use of a Car for each mile driven during each monthly period.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the Agreement by the number of direct labor hours (DLH) performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis. The hourly rates shall include wages, indirect costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit. (B) Hourly rate means the rate(s) specified in the Agreement for payment for labor that meets the labor category qualifications of a labor category specified in the Agreement that are performed by the Seller, performed by the subcontractors, or transferred between divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Seller under a common control. (C) Labor hours incurred to perform tasks for which labor qualifications were specified in the Agreement will not be paid to the extent the work is performed by individuals that do not meet the specified qualification. (D) Seller shall substantiate invoices (including any subcontractor hours reimbursed at the hourly rate in the Agreement) by evidence of actual payment and by individual daily job timecards, records that verify the employees meet the qualifications for the labor categories specified in the Agreement, or other substantiation approved by Company. (E) Unless otherwise prescribed in this Agreement, Company may withhold five percent of the amounts due under this paragraph, with the total amount withheld not to exceed $50,000. The amounts withheld shall be retained until the execution and delivery of a release by Xxxxxx as provided below. (F) Unless this Agreement prescribes otherwise, hourly rates shall not be varied by virtue of Seller having performed work on an overtime basis. If overtime rates are provided, the premium portion will be reimbursable only to the extent the overtime is approved by Company.
