Description of Qualified Investment. Ranchero Wind Farm, LLC plans to construct a 300 MW wind farm in Xxxxxxxx County. This Agreement covers all qualified property within Xxxxxxxx County CCSD necessary for the commercial operations of the proposed wind farm described in Tab 4 in the Application. Three hundred megawatts (300 MW) will be located in Xxxxxxxx County CCSD. Turbine placement is subject to change, but the Project anticipates using 120 of the 2.5 MW turbines manufactured by GE. This Agreement covers all qualified investment and qualified property necessary for the commercial operations of the wind farm. Qualified Investment and qualified property includes, but is not limited to, turbines, towers, foundations, transformers, pad mounts, buildings and offices, underground collection systems, electric substation, transmission lines, electrical interconnections, met towers, roads, and control systems necessary for commercial generation of electricity.
Description of Qualified Investment. The Project would be constructed within the boundaries of the existing OxyChem Battleground site, comprised of approximately 197 acres within Harris County, in a reinvestment zone to be established on land generally northeast of Texas Highway 225 and Beltway 8, near the San Jacinto Battleground Site. Maps in Tab 11 further illustrate the location of the proposed investment. Should the Project be approved by OxyChem’s leadership, Oxy’s management, and Oxy’s Board of Directors, new chlorine and caustic soda production would be created in the region, reducing the State of Texas’s dependency on imported chlorine. Should OxyChem decide to construct the Project and invest in new, cutting-edge chlor-alkali production at its Battleground site, the improvements could also provide a hedge against potential future regulation in the chemicals industry. These benefits, along with the positive local economic impact, would help ensure the long-term viability of production operations at the existing site. This application covers any and all qualified investment and property within Deer Park ISD necessary for the commercial operations of the proposed Project, as described in Tab 4. Description of Qualified Investment. This application covers all qualified investment and qualified property in the proposed reinvestment zone and project boundary within Kountze ISD necessary for the commercial operations of the Project. The facility may include eligible ancillary and necessary equipment, including the following improvements: • Collection systems • Transmission lines • Electrical interconnections • Control systems necessary for commercial generation of electricity • Solar panels • Foundations • Racking and mounting structures • Battery or battery system • Inverters • Transformers • Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) • Combiner boxes • Meteorological equipment • Maintenance and operations building • Fencing and roads • Electrical substations • Generation transmission tie line and associated towers, and interconnection facilities All of the improvements included in the Qualified Investment will be new and will be made within the Project Boundary depicted in TAB 11. Batteries or battery system included in the Qualified Investment will be integrated into the solar energy generation Project and will only be used, at certain times, to temporarily store electricity generated by the Project for the purpose of providing energy arbitrage and ancillary services for the MISO wholesale energy market, shifting the Project’s energy production to delivery times and reliability services where the grid needs it most.

Located in Martin County and Stanton ISD. This application covers all qualified property within Stanton ISD necessary for the commercial operations of the proposed gas plant. Description of Qualified Investment. The Applicant is requesting an appraised value limitation on all the property constructed or placed upon the real property within Xxxxxx County ISD. The qualified investment in Xxxxxx County ISD is expected to include approximately forty-one (41) GE 3.0 MW wind turbine generators, including 110m towers, nacelles, rotors with 140m rotor diameter, and reinforced concrete foundations, pads, underground and overhead electric collection cables, access roads, meteorological towers, and control systems as necessary for the commercial generation of electricity. While the turbine locations have not yet been finalized, they are expected to be sited in a series of rows running approximately southwest to northeast in the southern part of Xxxxxx County. In addition to the wind turbines, the Project will also include an operations and maintenance building, a series of new access roads to the turbines, underground electrical collection cables, permanent meteorological towers, a substation, and an overhead transmission line connecting the project substation to the 345 Cenizo substation/Point of Interconnection.

Approximately 1,615,000 PV panels and 178 solar inverter would be located in Xxxxxxx ISD. The five hundred megawatt green fuels project will be located in Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx ISD. This application covers all qualified investment and qualified property necessary for the commercial operations of the facility. Qualified Investment and qualified property includes; water treatment facilities, reactor vessels, process buffers, storage tanks, foundations, roadways, O&M building, paving, fencing, collection system, electrical substations, generation transmission tie line and associated towers, and interconnection facilities.
