Discretionary Leaves of Absence. In addition to the above, the Board shall have the discretion to grant additional leaves of absence to a teacher at any time. The granting or denying of a discretionary leave of absence shall be non-precedential with respect to any other request for a leave of absence by a teacher in the District.
