District/Association Meetings. The Superintendent and the Association President and their respective teams will meet monthly to review and problem solve around systemic and programmatic issues. Every effort will be made to discuss matters pertaining to specific site or individual concern with the Executive Director for Human Resources and/or the appropriate Assistant Superintendent. The intent is to facilitate open communication between the District and the Association.

District/Association Meetings. Issues and Interests: The Superintendent and appropriate members of her/his management team will meet monthly with the Association President and five (5) members appointed by the President and the Soundview UniServ Representative. The primary purpose of these meetings will be to review, and problem‐solve around systemic, curricular, and programmatic issues, to include on‐time graduation and student achievement. Every effort will be made to discuss other matters pertaining to specific site or individual concern with the Executive Director for Human Resources and/or the appropriate Assistant Superintendent, and would not be considered topics for Issues and Interests.
District/Association Meetings. Association representative(s) shall meet with the Superintendent designee at mutually agreeable times during the school year to review the administration of this Agreement and other issues of mutual interest. The responsibility for scheduling these meetings shall be shared by the District and the Association.

Should no agenda items be brought forward, an email will still be sent noting that there were no items to discuss.
