District/Association Meetings. The Superintendent and the Association President and their respective teams will meet monthly to review and problem solve around systemic and programmatic issues. Every effort will be made to discuss matters pertaining to specific site or individual concern with the Executive Director for Human Resources and/or the appropriate Assistant Superintendent. The intent is to facilitate open communication between the District and the Association.
District/Association Meetings. Issues and Interests: The Superintendent and appropriate members of her/his management team will meet monthly with the Association President and five (5) members appointed by the President and the Soundview UniServ Representative. The primary purpose of these meetings will be to review, and problem‐solve around systemic, curricular, and programmatic issues, to include on‐time graduation and student achievement. Every effort will be made to discuss other matters pertaining to specific site or individual concern with the Executive Director for Human Resources and/or the appropriate Assistant Superintendent, and would not be considered topics for Issues and Interests.
District/Association Meetings. Association representative(s) shall meet with the Superintendent designee at mutually agreeable times during the school year to review the administration of this Agreement and other issues of mutual interest. The responsibility for scheduling these meetings shall be shared by the District and the Association.
District/Association Meetings. 38 39 The District and the Association will conduct communications meetings for the purpose of 40 sharing information relative to the administration of the Agreement and to share ideas on other 41 areas of common interest affecting the educational programs of the school district. 42 43 The following format will be followed for site/Associations communications meeting: 44 • Building representatives will hold a communications meeting once per month. The following format will be followed for site/Associations communications meetings: Building representatives will hold a communications meeting once per month. Each site may determine the make-up of their communications committee. The building representative and the site administrator are required members. Building representatives will solicit discussion items for an agenda. This agenda will be sent to the members and the administrator in advance of the meeting. Last minute items will be accepted but a reasonable attempt shall be made to share items will with all parties in advance. All members are welcome to come to the meetings. Minutes of the meeting will be taken by the building representative and sent to all members of the site, the site administrator, the association president and the superintendent. If an issue cannot be resolved at the building level, but can be solved with the help of the superintendent, this step will be taken before the issue is brought before the District communications committee. Should no agenda items be brought forward, an email will still be sent noting that there were no items to discuss.
