DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY. The parties acknowledge the affect that employees with drug and/or alcohol problems can cause in the workplace. Any employee with such a problem can lead to a loss in productivity, an unsafe workplace and loss of morale amongst the company. To this end the parties encourage such persons with a problem to seek help. To that end the parties agree to apply the Drug & Alcohol policy as contained in Appendix I.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY. The parties acknowledge the affect that employees with drug and/or alcohol problems can cause in the workplace. Any Employee with such a problem can lead to a loss in productivity, an unsafe workplace and loss of morale amongst the company. To this end the parties encourage such persons with a problem to seek help. Under no circumstances will any Employee affected by alcohol and or drugs be permitted to work or operate any plant, machinery or equipment on any Company premises, projects or sites. Employee’s agree to undertake medical tests and examinations as required and directed by the Company. This will include but not be limited to random drug and alcohol testing If an Employee is affected by alcohol or drugs and is sent home to recover, he/she will not be paid any lost time incurred. The parties agree that no alcohol / drugs will be permitted on any Company project or workplace including any Company provided vehicle travelling to and from a workplace. Further no smoking will be permitted in any Company provided vehicle when travelling to and from a workplace. Breaches of this Policy will be treated as serious and wilful misconduct which may result in summary dismissal.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY a) Employees shall be trained and inducted in any drug and alcohol policies that apply to them. Failure to do so shall mean that such policy cannot be used against them.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY. The Company has in place a Drug and Alcohol Policy which will be enforced, to ensure the safety of all workers. Drug & Alcohol testing can be carried out during the hours of work under the request from Company Management. Each Komatsu site is to be a “dry” site, with no consumption of alcohol on the premises.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY. The University prohibits the manufacture, possession, cultivation, distribution and/or selling of any illegal drug or narcotic while on or about University premises. Violators of this policy are subject to immediate dismissal from the University pending due process proceedings. Students shall not store, possess or consume alcoholic beverages in the residence halls. Violators of this policy are subject to immediate cancellation of the housing contract.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY. No illegal drugs are allowed on the property at any time, including any alcohol possessed by a minor. Resident and guests cannot participate in or engage in any activity intended to facilitate the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or distribute illegal drugs. No drugs or alcohol are allowed at [ORGANIZATION NAME] related events or meetings and, participants are expected to be free from the influence of all drugs and alcohol at [ORGANIZATION NAME] related activities.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY. The parties agree that all employees are subject to the Company Drug & Alcohol Policy & Procedure that applies (Ref No.). The parties also recognise that this Policy & Procedure may be varied from time to time due to administrative or legislative requirements. Where changes are made to Company Policy and/or Procedures that are deemed to be significant the normal consultative process in accordance with clause 9 of this Agreement will apply.
