Emergency Repair Services. The Contractor shall be available 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week. A 2 hour response time is required from the time the Contractor is contacted by phone to the Contractor arriving onsite of the generator in question. If the Contractor fails to meet the 2 hour response time a financial penalty equal to double the contractor’s line item 62 emergency services unit price per hour (Exhibit B) will be credited to the City in the following billing cycle for each hour over two hours. The Contractor will be clearly notified by City of Durham that the request for repair service is an “Emergency Repair Service”. The Emergency Repair Service line item 62 (Exhibit B) will include the repair service and mileage within the unit price. The Contractor shall be paid for Emergency Repair Services for through issuance of a Change Order separate from this Agreement, after approval by City of Durham project manager.

Emergency Repair Services. Emergency repair services shall be performed in the same manner as described in Section III, above, with three exceptions: (1) District shall notify Contractor of the need for emergency repairs and, if appropriate, shall arrange for towing the unit to the Contractor's facility and (2) Contractor shall begin Work on an emergency, do right-now basis, on mission-critical units as determined by District's Coordinator. District shall pay Contractor for emergency repair services as follows: Normal shop rate of $79.00 per hour during normal business hours, which are from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Midnight) Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, $85.00 per hour after normal business hours.
Emergency Repair Services. Maximum Repair Time (a) Contractor will meet the Maximum Repair Time specified below for repairing the Buyer Facilities. The Maximum Repair Time will vary based on the number of fibers in a span affected by an Outage. Contractor will conduct appropriate network tests to verify restoration prior to completing the work and will provide copies of the test results to Buyer upon request. Less than 24 (12 pairs) 12 hours For Emergency Repairs that last beyond the Maximum Repair Time, Buyer shall be entitled to a Service Credit equal to 10% of the otherwise applicable Emergency Repair Services charges for each hour beyond the Maximum Repair Time until the Buyer Facilities are repaired (e.g., 10% for 1 hour delay, 20% for 2 hour delay, etc.). This Service Credit will not exceed 100% of the charges associated with the relevant repair.
Emergency Repair Services. The Contractor shall be operational to receive emergency Equipment Service requests on a twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) days per week basis. The Contractor shall respond to all emergency Equipment Service requests by having an Equipment Technician at the Client Agency Site within three (3) hours of receiving the emergency Equipment Service call for repairs.
Emergency Repair Services. The annual price for emergency repair services will provide for a maximum of 12 emergency calls for each labor category per year. Hourly rates for emergency repair services shall be issued and priced at the same rates as unscheduled services; however, work that is required beyond normal working hours or days (see F.8) and meet the definition of emergency services as defined in C.1.3 may use overtime rates as fixed below.
Emergency Repair Services. The contractor shall provide for up to 12 emergency calls for electrical repairs, up to 12 emergency calls for plumbing repairs, and up to 12 emergency calls for HVAC repairs in each year of the contract. At the beginning of this contract, the contractor must supply the Government with a 24-hour phone number to call in the case of an emergency repair. Emergency Repair Services. How would the Customer summary emergency repair services on weekends, holidays, or other non-business hours? Provide appropriate primary and backup contact information. Customer staff may conduct inspection tours of the Vendor's maintenance and installation facility. Inspections of repair facilities, stores, training, dispatching and customer record keeping may be made. Tools, test equipment, parts and procedures pertaining to the Vendor will be observed in detail and employees interviewed. Vendor escort is expected. In the event that any tasks are to be subcontracted, the subcontractor may be subject to similar inspection. Note: Some responding vendors may provide sales or distribution of equipment only, and rely on integrators to provide installation and maintenance to the end user. Vendors that do not provide support and/or maintenance services do not need to respond to the requirements of this section. Instead, simply indicate such in your response, and include a list of authorized and/or recommended contractors through which installation and maintenance are available. (Ideally one or more of these contractors will have been notified by you of your intention to submit for this RFP, and will have submitted a corresponding proposal for the installation and maintenance.)
Emergency Repair Services. Hypertec shall provide emergency repair services for the electrical and mechanical infrastructure required to support the capacity described in section 4 of the present Schedule in the event of an outage of an electrical or mechanical infrastructure component. The emergency repair services shall be performed Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM excluding statutory holidays (hereinafter “Regular Business Hours”) within a response time of four (4) hours and a resolution time based on best efforts.
