3.1.1 All terms and conditions of the relevant Award/s that are applicable to the Trainee or would be applicable to the Trainee but for this Award shall apply unless specifically amended by this Award.

3.1.1 Employees (other than casual employees) covered by this Agreement shall be advised in writing of their employment category upon appointment. Employment categories are:
(a) Full-time (as prescribed in clause 3.1.2);
(b) Part-time (as prescribed in clause 3.1.3); and
(c) Casual (as prescribed in clause 3.1.4).
3.1.2 GMBFSM will aim to make available as a minimum approximately 70% of its full time equivilent workforce for full time employees.
