PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. The Employer supports the internal transfer of its Caregivers by ensuring leave entitlements and recognition of years of service are transferable between SJGHC sites.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. The parties acknowledge that the Hospital forms part of the St. Vincent’s and Holy Spirit Health (SVHSH). An employee who transfers from another facility within the SVHSH to the Hospital will have all existing leave and service accruals transferred to their employment in the Hospital. Terms and conditions of employment will be those applying under this Agreement. An employee transferring from the Hospital to another facility within the SVHSH will also have all existing leave and service accruals transferred as above. Terms and conditions of employment will be those applying under the relevant industrial instrument at the relevant facility. The Hospital will continue to examine establishing opportunities for further portability of service to and from Hospitals, particularly within the same or associated Catholic Health Services.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. 3.11.1 Ramsay Health Care is committed to the philosophy of employing the best person for all positions. As part of this philosophy, Xxxxxx supports the internal transfer of its employees by ensuring leave entitlements and recognition of years of service are transferable between all sites of Ramsay Health Care and related corporate entities.
3.11.2 If an existing Xxxxxx employee obtains a position at another Ramsay site, they must work out their notice period with the current employer.
3.11.3 The employee will be required to commence with the new site within 3 months of leaving the previous site. If this does not occur, any annual and/or long service leave entitlements owing to the employee will be paid out and the employment relationship terminated unless agreement in writing to the contrary is obtained before leaving the existing employer.
3.11.4 It is preferable for the transferring employee to take annual leave during the transfer period and before commencing with the new site so they will be available to focus on their new position without requesting annual leave within the first 6 months of the transfer.
3.11.5 The payroll team at the transferring hospital is to advise the Finance Manager of the transferring hospital of the value of the benefits to be transferred. The Finance Manager of the transferring hospital is then to liaise with the Finance Manager of the receiving hospital to organise inter-hospital journals.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. Subject to clause 4.4.4(a)(v) employees who transfer to the Xxxxxxx Street Print Facility from elsewhere within the Fairfax group, will be entitled to full recognition of continuity of service and all accrued entitlements which have not been paid out by their former employer prior to or upon transfer.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. Subject to clauses 4.4.4(a)(v), employees who transfer to the Tullamarine Print Facility from elsewhere within the Fairfax group, will be entitled to full recognition of continuity of service and all accrued entitlements which have not been paid out by their former employer prior to or upon transfer.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. 22.1 Xxxxxx supports the internal transfer of its Employees by ensuring leave entitlements and recognition of years of service are transferable betweenall sites of Ramsay Health Care and related corporate entities.
22.2 If an existing Xxxxxx Employee obtains a position at another Ramsay Health Facility or other Ramsay site, the transfer arrangements will be coordinated.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. 51.1 Employees who cease employment with the catholic education sector by reason of redundancy or resignation shall have continuity of service for all purposes of this agreement if the teacher is reemployed by a catholic school within six (6) months.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. Deputy Principals’ accrued Personal Leave and Long Service Leave will be fully portable as per LEA policy in force and as amended from time to time.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. With the agreement of the employer, the time between completing employment with one Government Employer and commencing with an employer covered by the Agreement may be longer than one week, provided that the period in excess of one week does not exceed the total of accrued and pro rata annual leave paid out at the date the employee ceased with the previous government employer.
PORTABILITY OF ENTITLEMENTS. An Employee may apply to the Employer for a vacant role at a health facility other than the Employee’s primary site. If the application is successful, the Employer shall: facilitate the transfer of the Employee from their primary site to the new site, and on transfer, that new site shall become the Employee’s primary site; continue the Employee’s entitlements according to the terms of this Agreement (if the Employee at the new location continues to be covered by this Agreement) so long as the Employee maintains continuity of service.
