Engagement of Company. Client herewith engages Company and Company agrees to render to Client public relations, communications, advisory and consulting services.
A. The consulting services to be provided by the Company shall include, but are not limited to, the development, implementation and maintenance of an ongoing program to increase the investment community's awareness of Client's activities and to stimulate the investment community's interest in Client. Client acknowledges that Company's ability to relate information regarding Client's activities is directly related to the information provided by Client to the Company.
B. Client acknowledges that Company will devote such time as is reasonably necessary to perform the services for Client, having due regard for Company's commitments and obligations to other businesses for which it performs consulting services.
Engagement of Company. Client herewith engages Company and Company agrees to render to Client public relations, communications, advisory and consulting services.
A. The consulting services to be provided by the Company shall include, but are not limited to, the development, implementation and maintenance of an ongoing program to increase the investment community's awareness of Client's activities and to stimulate the investment community's interest in Client. Client acknowledges that Company's ability to relate information regarding Client's activities is directly related to the information provided by Client to the Company. Client will pay the Company, as compensation for the services provided for in this agreement 150,00 shares of Client's free trading (no restrictions) common stock prior to start of contract.
Engagement of Company. Partner and Company intend that Partner may engage the Company to access and deliver to its employees and contractors (“Team Members”) a total solution that encompasses various Company provided education and training products and related services in the area of Veteran and Military Population Health, including education and training, accredited coursework, credentialing, data science services detailing the location and demographics of Veterans in region and marketing materials that can be used as source for Partner marketing efforts in those areas as are set forth in one or more statements of work signed by the parties (each, a “Statement of Work” or “SOW”). The product and services to be purchased and provided pursuant to a Statement of Work are referred to herein as the “WCH Solution”. A form of Statement of Work is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. Statements of Work may be numbered sequentially or may be referred to be based on the date on which they are effective. Team Members are considered any employee or contractor working directly with the Partner in delivery of its services.
Engagement of Company. Bravo! Foods herewith engages Company and Company agrees to render to Bravo! Foods public relations, communications, advisory and consulting services.
1.1 The consulting services to be provided by the Company shall include, but are not limited to, the development, implementation and maintenance of an ongoing program to increase the investment community's awareness of Bravo! Foods's activities and to stimulate the investment community's interest in Bravo! Foods. Bravo! Foods acknowledges that Company's ability to relate information regarding Bravo! Foods's activities is directly related to the information provided by Bravo! Foods to the Company.
1.2 Bravo! Foods acknowledges that Company will devote such time as is reasonably necessary to perform the services for Bravo! Foods, having due regard for Company's commitments and obligations to other businesses for which it performs consulting services.
Engagement of Company. The CLIENT hereby agrees to engage the COMPANY in order to assist him or her:
1.1 with the preparation, submission and update of expression of interest for participation in the Au Pair Program for German Host Families, this will be done on regular basis to identify the suitable Host family in German for the client; AND,
1.2 with the preparation and submission of the required documents for Visa Application which is a necessary requirement for participation in Au Pair Program in German. The client may at any time be asked for personal interview at the Embassy. If the visa is issued, the COMPANY is not liable for any additional costs that maybe incurred thereafter, and the purpose for the trip should not be altered; AND,
1.3 that it may take two or more months to process CLIENT’s visa application from the time of submission. The COMPANY strongly recommends that the CLIENT does not purchase an airline ticket unless the visa has been granted. The COMPANY will notify the CLIENT on any change of status or progress of the application as soon as possible and whenever the need arises.
i. The COMPANY agrees to use his best efforts to assist the CLIENT and fulfill her obligations under this Contract. The CLIENT expressly acknowledges that the submission of the Visa Application to the Embassy does not guarantee that the CLIENT will be issued with a Visa. The Embassy reserves the right to grant or deny the visa. The CLIENT further acknowledges that the COMPANY has no control over the processing times and/or the actions and/or decisions of the EMBASSY and/or any individuals or organizations not related to the COMPANY.
ii. The COMPANY shall provide assistance exclusively from Uganda. The COMPANY shall provide services under the terms of this Contract until the final disposition of the submitted APPLICATION to the EMBASSY.
iii. The CLIENT agrees to the fact that the duration of the stay in the country depends on Au Pair, Host Family and the host country’s program regulations. Some countries have set a minimum and a maximum time for an Au Pair stay, which usually varies from 3 up to 12 or 24 months.
Engagement of Company. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, CLIENT hereby engages COMPANY, and COMPANY hereby accepts engagement by CLIENT. CLIENT’S CAPACITY. The undersigned CLIENT represents and warrants to COMPANY that he/she/it has the capacity and right to enter into this agreement and perform the services, duties, or obligations placed upon CLIENT as required by this agreement without any limitation by any agreement, document, restrictive obligation, or other limitation. DATE. The date COMPANY has been engaged to render the agreed services on behalf of CLIENT is:
Engagement of Company. CITY hereby retains COMPANY to provide CITY with certain administrative, support services, childcare and youth programs at the Xxxxx Center located at 000 Xxxx Xx., Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 (“Xxxxx Center”), as further described in Sections 2, 3 and 4 hereof (collectively the “Services”), subject to all the provisions hereof.
Engagement of Company. Client herewith engages Company and Company agrees to render to Client public relations, communications, advisory and consulting services.

The consulting services to be provided by the Company shall include, but are not limited to, the development, implementation and maintenance of an ongoing program to increase the investment community's awareness of Client's activities and to stimulate the investment community's interest in Client. Client acknowledges that Company's ability to relate information regarding Client's activities is directly related to the information provided by Client to the Company. The Company agrees to perform the following in satisfaction of its obligation under the contract
i. Develop a national presence with micro-cap institutional investors. ii. Develop and maintain a database of existing and potential investors.
iii. Develop and execute a national campaign to increase shareholder base. iv. Author and distribute up to 150 press releases with Client provided material. v. Author and distribute up to 10, shareholder communication correspondence. vi. Develop a national shareholder appreciation convention series. vii. Manage up to 10 national conventions
B. Client acknowledges that Company will devote such time as is reasonably necessary to perform the services for Client, having due regard for Company's commitments and obligations to other businesses for which it performs consulting services.
Engagement of Company. The City of Charlotte hereby retains the Company to perform the duties and services described in the Agreement upon the terms and conditions set forth herein and the Company hereby accepts such engagement.
Engagement of Company. The Village hereby retains the Company to perform the duties and services described in the Agreement upon the terms and conditions set forth herein and the Company hereby accepts such engagement.
